    This splitting of yarns before weaving in is especially great when your yarn is a cotton one. It makes it less visible ofcourse but will also prevent popping back out. When one yarn-end popps out there will always be the other one to keep your work safe. You know what I mean? Cottonyarn ends tend to pop back out.
