One night a girl took me on a date. She drove us to Atlantic City and played the midnight the whole way as the sky turned turquoise. I fell hard for her that summer night. I just found this and wanted to note for the youngers that in the 70s and 80s we did not separate genres like is done today, so we got exposed to many different styles, and benefitted as a result! I'm a 70s Classic Rocker foremost, but I love the 80s, too, along with Yacht Rock and "synth wave" which is simply a nostalgic head bowing to the 80s new wave. Love it all! The Diamond Star Halos tracks really freshen up the playlist and for right in. Amazing show, and best band ever (and they actually have a good time). Would be awesome if you did a RUclips with Rocknchippy, Phil's guitar tech John, and Phil, of course. Just think it may be awesome for you.

I think it might have been a drum machine on the original song, but he went all out on the cover. That's what made me think, if he can do that with the drums, you would smash it with the guitar. 👍
