    The high pay companies are all going to want 2 years tanker experience before they hire you. The pay sucks right now but this is your education. Low pay beats paying a trade school for 2 years. I did 2 years on the Ecolab account then got a job that pays much better. If you stick with that Ecolab account for 2 years you will have no trouble finding a $100,000+ job. It is worth it in the end.

Anyway he's back to working arm security, got bills to pay but hey maybe one day he will try again. Thanks for asking. 😊

    I’m with Schneider and they have been awesome through and through. The company has a lot resources and the training is bar none the best. I believe they are the best starter company. Prime does have good pay BUT I don’t think the training is as good. As far as the 3 people in a truck I think that is very uncommon yes it CAN happen but 99% of the time it’s one on one. When I went with my Trainer I drove 10.5 hours for 4 days straight which was intense for a new driver. I wish that drive was split with another driver lol and I heard when it’s 2 people and a trainer Schneider will have hotel reservations made to accommodate so it’s not sour grapes at all. I like how Tajae gives all the info but some people only talk about the bad because they’re sour for another reason so the bash the whole company.

    • @Tay.juhWoods
      @Tay.juhWoods  8 месяцев назад

      If it’s not open now, the common reason may be “freight is low” or there’s a “trainer shortage.”

    They definitely Did You Wrong as a tanker driver by sticking you with a local driver that did primarily drop in hooks. if you're not a smart determined person that's going to push to learn your job they were setting you up for failure once you get out there by yourself.
