I seem to run into a problem, when I move the Seamless Co-Op folder into the Convergence ER folder, the launcher won't work and says I need to apply "The Choosey Fix" or something like that. The moment I take the Seamless Co-Op folder out it works again.

When i loaded up after the seamless install it was my old game file (in the shadow realm of convergence mod before the update). A) can i keep playing this character, at launch is says something like character creation outdated. B) can i move my save file over somehow?
Seamless coop makes a new save file which is different from your old save...for varre's quest line you can do it offline by defeating the npc invader in altus plateau
Can you have both mods but play them separately? Like if I have seamless coop and convergence but a friend only has seamless coop, can i still play just seamless coop with them?

I solved the problem, it turns out that the save in appdata was in the wrong format for some reason it was sl2 conda, cnv.co2 is needed, so take note and check if there is an error

If your game keep crashing after moving Seamless Coop inside the Convergence, move the file erdtools.dll and not erdtools.ini same name but not same files

Not all mods are working with the convergence but you can use seamless coop and grand merchant with it

Move the mod folder inside the main game folder and run it as administrator
Keep steam open when running the mod as well
