    Awesome well done, I like those freestyle nets but found the small one to be a bit small and the big too be a bit big! The westin is perfect size IMO and has the quick opening.

      I’ve found the size and extendable pole to be great. The head is a little flimsy but it’s more than adequate. It’s when you’re trying to open it in a rush and the pull down section gets stuck, thats when it’s a pain but all in all it is a really good net. Thanks for watching buddy 🙏💪

    wicked content mate! Always soak you spool before casting with braid makes it so much better to leave the spool and cast with

      @@thedrvn thanks for the advice bud! Will that help with the line twisting?

    • @thedrvn
      @thedrvn 2 месяца назад +1

      @@TandTFishing yes 100% as it helps to straighten the line more and makes it more supple. Been doing it for years so its now second nature, get rigged up, hold reel above water and use hand to scoop and pour water over spool don't dunk the reel

    Great video glad i subscribed.How did you attach the braid to the fluro leader.I use a swivel but think thats wrong😂

      I use a double uni knot. Look it up on RUclips mate (best know for braid to fluro) there are plenty of tutorials. That’s where I learnt it from mate nice and easy. Thanks for watching! 👍💪

    Fluorocarbon is the way to go as you dont want stretch in the line, so you can now set the hook lighter without much force, awesome perch well done m8 🎣👍

    Did you forget your Matt to place the fish on

    • @TandTFishing
      @TandTFishing  2 месяца назад

      The first fish was kept in the net and placed on the grass to save time so I could release the fish sooner as the location was awkward. I used my Matt for the big Perch at the end which you’ll see on the video 👍
