    Yoga aasan kis tarh se Kiya Jaye .ye smjhane ka tarika aapka bahut accha hi.jo kathin se kathin yoga aasan ko bhi saral bana deta hi.🙏🙏

    Hi what about the breathing while in the pose do we need to hold the breath
