Hwasa have actually told in an interview that she was watching an Indian film which is "shubh Mangal zyada sawdhan" and she took inspiration from it's song "aisi taisi" as she found the music catchy and loved it ❤️

@@nctot2341 theres a lot of sample packs which are just instrumental sounds/beats and producers can take those sounds/beats and put it in songs. usually they take a short part and layer it with their own sounds. for eg if u dw to make ur own beat, u can take one from a sample pack. Like the beat in Maria is from a sample pack that starts with the letter 'k' i forgot its name sorry but u can try searching it

What I like about sampling is that how many different songs and versions of one beat/sound you can get, isn't actually that amazing? Hearing different people's takes on it and finding the one that you like even if you don't like the original song, for example. And also it's really great that by using samples you can bring back and change old iconic songs and make them popular once again after many years! I love the variety

No. It's because pop music lives and breathes off soundalikes, and this is how genres form in music in general, that's just the natural process. Musically all these songs are distinct. But also every producer shops from the same pool of production tools, so that Maria intro is a library sample for example.

To clear up some things: the base sound of Dollar and Sit Down all can from 3RACHAs Runner High. Chan explained that it was a sample and the sample sound can be used by others. The base sound was called something along the lines of Future Prime Loop I kinda forgot it but it isn't plagiarism or "a copy" :)

For the uneducated folks in the comments, there is a thing called "sampling" in the music industry and it's way more different than copying. Almost all artists have once done songs which were sampled. Plus I see alot of people in comments specifically pointing out the first one saying that the bollywood movie copied it's song from hwasa, I agree if u don't like bollywood but just for ur kind information, the aisi tessi song was released 4 months before hwasa's song maria. So make sure you know the release dates of both the songs before insulting any of them. Thank u 💜

You forgot to mention that they have to actually give credits to sample a song. That way the original artists can share the profit. Without credits, it’s still called plagiarism.
