They have pretty good fries at the rental. Carbs are all you need during such a day. I sometimes drink water, redbull or electrolyte(water with some salt). Can go on for the whole day. I like naps tho.

I crashed in almost the same spot at 11:52, just went straight off the bit which is the most high, landed straight on my head and broke my helmet and my back and neck have been stiff for the past 1,5 week. I think I was scouting the step up and not paying attention to the trail in front of me. Looks like you had better crashes than me 😆

Another fun video, Sander crashed at a classic spot, the ns rw washout was new for me, was your rear tire at the end of its life? You guys seem to have missed the big jump line
Thank you very much! The rear tire is not in the best conditions, but it's still good, I think I needed to brake a bit much before. Yes, we know, we didn't have time to go there, we saved it for the next time 😜

That would be awesome, but Miguel's Thumb is still not good, so probably this weekend we will not ride 😔 Maybe next time? 😁
