Ooo that fluid form is interesting
It's useless for the majority of people. It is better to be spent somewhere else. You always pre shift cat form for the movement speed before even getting in range to attack. PVP you won't ever use from a healer perspective. Feral maybe rare occasions. I could never justify the point for the smallest amount of use when there are many alternative fore the point.

Hey Javier. I have a few questions that you might be able to answer, since I dont have access to the beta.
Is moonkin form completely gone for resto? I think it's baseline for balance only and is no longer a talent.Can you confirm? If thats the case Fluid form will be useful for catweaving only.
Does Call of the elder druid activate only in combat? I wouldn't want to proc it between packs if I shift into cat for the movement speed.
