I’m doing my capstone right now and I have my dream job lined up. I am not letting myself feel anything positive bc I’m so hard on myself and not giving myself grace as a 4th semester student

Hi Brigitte, congrats on getting that dream job! I understand we can be hard on ourself 🥺 if I can give you some advice…. when you notice that negative voice telling you things that aren’t true, I recommend replacing it with things that are true! For example, “I am enough, I am smart, I am loved” It’s amazing how that voice in our minds can totally skew our perception of reality.
These verses are great to refer to!
      Proverbs 139:4
      Jeremiah 31:3
      Joshua 1:9
      Hope this helps ❤️
Best wishes on your capstone ☺️🎉
