When these episodes were being released weekly, people were complaining on how the fight with Katakuri was dragging on. Being able to see them all in a row like this, I think the battle is paced rather well. Thank you.

Brook did some badass things in this arc but 21:21 is the epitome of badassery. . Reminded me of Reverse Harem Jutsu Naruto did on Kaguya (I think voiced by same VA). It's effective because it's unexpected.
I've noticed these past episodes that Jamie seems to not know what Observation Haki is. It's the power to "see" or sense into the future. Anyone can "see" into the future if they have Observation Haki, but depending how experienced you are you see 0.1 seconds ahead or up to 3 or 5 seconds ahead like Katakuri. When two users see the future at the same time they kind of cancel each other unless one of them is way better at it. The "future" they see is one that can only be changed by those who defy fate/destiny aka those who have Observation Haki.
Jinbei holding his own against BM was sick but the anime exaggerated it a bit. In the manga, he doesn't hold her attack Congac back, he just gets launched lmao

In this fight Luffy is tanking way to much it always bothered me how much damage he got from Katakuri who is has a high level of armament haki on top of the fact that he was already beaten up before and still get back up again and again. Still Luffy vs Kata is one of my top op fights

Jack Jaques Doffy is a warlord and actually IS durable. His durability felt menacing and not just plot-armorish because he’s the main character. Anyway. He only took literally 3 or 4 hits, tops. Regardless, it’s not like gear fourth is some god tier state. We’ve been shown that. Luffy wasn’t at Doffy’s level, just like how he wasn’t for Katakuri.
Dont worry, its worth it. Its gonna conclude soon and youll get all the satisfaction at once and the frustration will go away. I felt the same as u when i was there but then i realized that was a good thing !

The manga took 77 chapter to cover the big mom arc so it took about 2 years give or take. So it was a stressful situation every week for 2 yrs. But damn it! Dont get annoyed by the arc! Its all essential for the future Pirate King to triumph. Just love the results!
