So glad to hear so many say that I was missed, I never thought that people would care so much about my welfare! - Also glad to hear that you liked the container home it took many months of work to complete!
Marty, I am actually in tears to see that you are back doing what we all love to watch you doing. Just remember you are so appreciated by all of us and we are all so grateful and overjoyed to have you back. Keep up the good work and be safe.
Hi Marty! Welcome back !! I missed your videos. Beautiful idea of the double color for the models and I see that Kevin continues to give you problems :-))) See you soon
What can I say but....ahhh 😌 it's so great to see a new video. I'm so happy we have the older videos to keep us entertained but nothing beats new material. Welcome back Marty, thank you so much for what you do. Fantastic restorations love both the red & the John deer green 😀 cannot wait to see what's next. Keep Kevin away from the egg bins 😂

@@MartysMatchboxMakeovers Thank You! Marty, I definitely feel for you with your health scare and I'm glad you're doing better! I'm a 45 year old disabled electrical lineman and I'm currently fighting for disability! It's been tough dealing with the fact I'm not able to do things anymore and this month makes 3 years since I became disabled. I've been battling depression throughout this ordeal as well and I don't smile much anymore. However, when I watch your videos, they never fail to make me smile, laugh, and enjoy something positive. You do great work on the models and I love how you pay attention to every little detail. Keep up the great work Marty and can't wait for the next video!!
Moin from Cuxhaven 👋🏻 (actually good morning, but we use it at all times, similar to the Australian G'day). It's like you've never been away😃 An excellent restoration and (in this case) a stunning customising 👍🏼 Not missing the unforgettable headlines on the paper in the paint booth either 🤣. Ah yes... How long has it been since we heard it, the legendary "I'm happy with that"🤩 A terrific job Marty, I'm thrilled. The "John Deere" is an absolute highlight in your collection, but the "Claas" also turned out very well. (A "candy" for a coastal dweller.... Now we have a "port" and a "starboard" combine 🤣👍🏼). Thanks so much for sharing, Marty, definitely a thumbs up from me for that 👍🏼 Stay safe and sound and keep up the good work, mate 😁 A bonza weekend to you and your family. Very well done Marty! Really enjoyed these restorations! The John Deere green was great, your attention to original detail is greatly appreciated! Thank you for the entertainment, very much appreciated!
Welcome back Marty! Really pleased to see you looking fit and well. My 8 year old son cheered and did laps of the house when he saw the new video on here. (He went to wake his mum to tell her, "Marty's back! Yay!")
The boy from the bush is back in town and how good it was to watch a makeover after what seems like years, and how appropriate it was to, a Combine Harvester as the first new video, now that you are a man on the land🤣 Your looking well Marty and the property is a credit to you all.... Looking forward to many more makeovers..... Thank you
My wife heard the music and asked if Marty was back!! Watching the combined harvesters in Worcestershire in the 1960’s these look more like the red Massey Fergusons to me! (Can of worms opening..😂😂😂) Great to see you back Marty! 😍😎

All the things we love so much are here, from the looked forward to, newspaper headline in the spray booth to Kevin's antics in the house. Looking forward to more postings in the future and hoping all is well with you and your family.
This was the first Matchbox model I owned. I was 7. I remember walking with my mother through Kress (a local five and dime as we called them then) and seeing the shelves of Matchbox and riveting on the combine harvester. The fact that the harvester blades operated when you moved the tractor fascinated me. Matchbox vehicles became my "allowance" for completing my allotted chores each week (they were 59 cents plus tax I recall), and soon I amassed a sizable collection. Ive begun again, collecting only those vehicles I previously owned. The fascination remains. Thanks for the memories, Marty!
