most good VR games seem to be that way. H3VR was mostly just Anton for the longest time and he made an excellent gun range sim. Blade and Sorcery for the longest period of development was 1 man and now this game! Yet the AAA industry cant seem to make 1 decent VR game aside from Resident Evil 4.
Now, let's get the developers of this and the developers of VTOL VR to form a company and release a large scale VR game similar to ARMA! that's the dream.
I feel this. I have had my gamer friends all my life. We used to have LAN halo nights almost every weekend. Not a one of them believes vr is worth a try. They all just see it as too much of a gimmick. I love this game though. I'm trying to use it as practice for an airsoft event coming up in a few months. 😂😂
I mean it's definitely possible to find people that do that randomly. I mean it's definitely rare but I found a friend I play with he was ex-military. So I hope you can find people like that too.

I bought this game about a month ago because of that first tactical assault video and the game absolutely blew my mind and the fact that it's only 10 bucks is insane, I have met a bunch of awesome people throughout my time playing and it satisfied my tactical game addiction since I am a nerd for all things military and guns and realism.
@@lootgoblin8705 hey bud, for the Hidden Forest mission, the C4 is armed by pressing the ARM button. You can use the satellite view to see where the bomb plant location is. Arm the timer and stick it on the Plant Bomb icon.

I got the game a couple of days ago, and I’m just going to paste the review I left on the store page to give my thoughts. This is a game that I was wanting for awhile, a VR tactical stealth game with actual difficulty, and a VR tactical shooter that’s singleplayer. The game has some problems though. The first is with crouching. It’s hard to tell how low I have to go in order to be silent, and often have to slouch when on my knees. I would recommend adding a crouch button, and adding a option to customize how much you have to crouch in order to be silent. I know there’s the option to change general height, but I feel it might mess the games scaling up. Another issue is the AI. I like how quickly and how far away the enemies can spot you, but the enemies don’t seem to notice when you take out one of their allies, and the sound of suppressed/silenced gunfire is still very loud, and makes the enemies seem deaf, so I would recommend changing the supressor sound slightly. I hope to see this game grow.m Edit:I realized how poorly worded this is, and my phone keeps glitching out whenever I try to go back up to edit so I’ll just leave this here. The game has difficulty despite the AI issues because of how far the enemies can see you, and leaning gets you spotted unlike flat screen games like say the Thief series.
Should o wait until the quest 3 releases to get a headset? Cause I want one but I heard that quest 2 support cuts when quest 3 comes out and I don’t want to spend $400 for 11 months of actual gaming
I love that you don't do bullshit clickbait titles man. This is most likely the most realistic VR cqb i've ever seen. I'd be more than happy to pay like 25-35 for something like this. The community for it might be pretty small but it's probably gonna be very very dedicated.

P.s I don't know if you know this you can change your Nods to green, if you are on the Rift S just grab your Nods and press the top button on the controller. Try out onward, its oculus version isn't as good as the pcvr version but its still a blast to play its a bit expensive though, im in Australia so it could be different wherever you are in the world
@@macvadda2318 onward is good, just not much to it. on this you can manipulate doors etc, shatter glass and make other entrances and it just puts it a slight step above
something I only thought about now is that VR is a great tool for Veterans who miss the comradery and teamwork of the military but obviously don't want the actual war. Think about it. I have heard a few stories now where Vets say its a weird feeling because they don't miss the actual killing and destruction of the battlefield (for obvious reasons) but they do miss the teamwork and tactical side to it and the brotherhood elements. VR can simulate (not perfectly mind) those things and allow Vets and civis alike to join together and experience those days again minus the actual threat. Its why I like VR because it allows us to come together more like normal gaming but it feels like your actually there with that person having a good time rather than starring at a screen in a lobby etc. Not just for military stuff too it can be anything! Also if the dev reads this THANK YOU for bots. So many good VR shooters coming out and multiplayer games but no bot options and if they do exist they are either god like or dumb as rocks. Not only have you so far made pretty good AI but good online and single player experience too. we need more stuff like that since I cant play most VR games because I usually play solo or with my brother and not with randoms so this is brilliant for me.
If you don't have a gaming pc, look at Plutosphere, if one of their servers is near you. This game is cross-buy. If you own the Quest 2 version, you also have it in Oculus PC version.

So I tried to do this with a friend but it said that there was connectivity issues when we get into a lobby together and kicks both of us out, just hope there might be an update that could fix this
Doors, full body (for immersion) realistic AI, windows, breaching, climbing, full collision, shoulder utilities along with 4 (2 of 2 kinds) hand-held utilities, and a much bigger emphasis on CQB and realism.

If you're trying to act out military infiltration you did a poor job of giving anyone that may have been in the corner with the double doors after the flashbang a line of sight while you were fixed on the disorientated enemy. You would want to keep out of the line as you take out the disorientated enemy and then breach with your eyes on the corner, you would have taken a mag dump as you were shooting the flashed enemy had there been one in the corner.
I said it in the first sentence of the video? People aren't searching for "Tactical Assault VR," and if they do, this will be among the top 3 suggested.
I love this game and bought it because of this channel. But I have to say.....I can't deal with the childish nature of most of the players I come across. From killing indiscriminately in the lobby to the screechy voices who clearly should not be playing this game, it drives me away most of the time.

loving it so far , the problems I have is on the mp5 if you chamber check you cant see any bullet in there but with the pistols and ars you can.

That's actually realistic, chamber checking an MP5 is not like an AR, the round is quite difficult to see.

I've not had that calibration issue. I use a stock about half the time.
