- At just 3 lbs. 2 oz. and a compact 3"x 9", our new SUBWAY® D-350 is the lightest & smallest bass amp built here at the Home of Tone! Built on the foundation of our acclaimed Subway D-800, the D-350 provides bassists with world-class TONE in a portable, lightweight package with plenty of power & punch for small to mid-sized venues.
The Subway D-350’s intuitive feature set furnishes all the tone-shaping tools needed to deliver the tone, feel, and response that has made the Subway Series our most popular bass line to date. A fully active 4-band Baxandall EQ features fixed frequency high and low-frequency shelving controls, as well as fixed frequency Low Mid and High Mid peak/dip bands for even more tonal control. The Variable Voicing control adjusts the amp’s tonal response from a flatter shape to a vintage curve with the turn of a single knob.
With the flip of the Active/Passive switch, the D-350 adapts for use with active or passive basses. An Input Mute switch allows for silent use of inline tuners. The Bright switch adds bite and sparkle to the tone. Separate Gain and Master Volume controls allow players to dial up a wide range of tones from shimmering clean to mild overdrive and everything in between, while the built-in fixed high-pass filter (HPF) blocks unwanted, non-musical, headroom-robbing sub-sonic frequencies.
Aux Input and Headphones output jacks allow for simultaneous listening to a bass and a media player without disturbing others. The Subway D-350 also provides a USB power port for powering accessories. The fully-featured balanced XLR direct output (DI) with pre/post EQ source, ground lift, and Mic/Line level switches are perfect for delivering MESA’s legendary tone to the front-of-house or your recording system’s audio interface. The Subway D-350 was designed to complement our highly musical Subway® Ultra-Lite bass cabinets. A pair of speakON™ jacks are provided for connecting to these enclosures.
At only 3 pounds 2 ounces, sized to fit within a gig bag’s accessory compartment, offering stellar tonal flexibility, and packing 350-Watts of Class D power, the ultra-portable Subway D-350 is the perfect bass amp for small to mid-sized venues, recording sessions, or as a micro-sized backup when on tour.

Just got mine a couple days ago. Awesome sounding and surprisingly loud. Also so light that when I got the package in the mail I wasn’t fully convinced there was anything in the box
So awesome, we're so glad to hear it!
Update on this amp: I’ve played about ten gigs on it and it’s been a dream. I love the usb for charging my in ears and phone. My band mate just got a new blacked out dual rec and I can hold my own between 12 and 1 o’clock. The volume is incredible and I regularly get comments on my tone. Thanks Mesa!!! My back thanks you too.
This would be cool as a 1-12 combo, kinda like the Walkabout from a few years ago. Fingers crossed! 🤞
I like it ! This looks extremely versatile for most player's needs, whether playing at home, rehearsals, studio and gigs. I have pre-amp line in's on some other old bass amps that I'd love to try out.
I can't afford this, but I still like it !
Good job MESA !
MESA/Boogie is the best! 👌🏼
Awesome!!!
Thank you, Marley - Enjoying your playing!!!
Im excited to try this. I’ve always loved Traa Daniels from P.O.D’s powerhouse bigass mesa bass tone maybe i’ll be able to get there with this here head
Omg I know what you mean… with his Warwick Dolphin? I saw them live in the late 90’s and when they came on my bowels shook, haha
Need to try one… hopefully Guitar Center will stock up!
I tried one in the store and was blown away by how loud it was.
This looks really interesting! I might need to think of switching over from my Carbine M9 to this
Thanks for playing the M9 Carbine! That's a great amp as well. Right away, you'll likely appreciate you can still get a warm, punchy & articulate tone from an amp weighing 25 to 45 lbs. lighter (depending on whether your M9 is a rackmount or head version).
@@mesaboogie Do you think I could still drive my Powerhouse 610 adequately? Also, any ETA on when these will be hitting the European market?
But does the amp come with the silly hats?!?
Silly hats are not included.
😂🤣😂
I already have a TT-800 ;)
Hope this is available in the Uk?
Need! 😀
I hope you guys make a more affordable mark v or mark iic+ model. Maybe something like e victory kraken v4 where it’s pedal Sized or the EVH iconic.
Have you checked out our Mark Five: 25 yet? ruclips.net/video/CcuF5n9f-Hk/видео.html
The mesa flux five pedal is awesome you should check it out. Pretty much a mark series amp in a box. I pretty much swear by it- i play it thru a boss nextone special out loud and it sounds absolutely epic. And then i record with it by playing the flux five into a katana mark 2 to get some real crushing tones for both rhythm and lead. Check it out for yourself cause demo videos dont do it justice at all
Marbass little mark 3 or this?
I was so worried about fender taking over Mesa Boogie. I thought they were going to kill them off like they did to SWR
It was actually Gibson that took over. Fender owns Squier and Jackson
@@ericc.2789 Thanks for the correct information
How is it ALL these basses sound the same?
Can't say I was impressed with this head. Kinda sounds like Fender Rumble series with accented mids.
A FAR step or several above the Rumble series.
Are you just listening on your phone?
Hey Everyone! Believe me that this D-350 is awesome because of the quality and engineering that goes into all of Mesa's products! I play exclusively through the Mesa Boogie Subway Series Bass amps and cabs now and forever will. It is the sound I have been looking for for years! I run the WD-800 through the unbelievably sounding Subway 2-12 cab with it sitting on top of the worlds best 15" 1-15 Subway cab. It is a bass Rig that is versatile, portable and gets the job done on all of my venues! I just cannot say enough about Mesa Boogie!
No "deep" switch?? This was a daring creation given the most of the competitors have a "500" watt head that's light and in the same ballpark in regards to price point.
One of the reasons I got this amp was NO FAN. Beautiful silent operation. The 500 watt competition have fans and some have no headphone jack.
Any new guitar amps incoming?
There is always something in the works but nothing we're ready to share just yet. Please stay tuned.
@@mesaboogie Excellent! Wasn't expecting any info, was just curious if something is in the pipeline basically
@@bugeyedmudafuka2 - Cool, We hope to have something to share with our guitar playing community fairly soon.
Please make it 350 watts at 8 ohms. That would be really useful
The other heads they make, D, D+, WD, and TT will run down to 300 watts into an 8-ohm load with their ohm switch set to 2-ohms
日本では販売してないんですか?
Put this into a 1x12 combo a la the GK Fusion 112 and you won't be able to build them fast enough.
Nothing to do with the amp itself, but did you have to use that quasi-midi drum sound? So artificial.
Why is it when I tap on the bass cabinet section on mesa boogie website nothing happens.
Bring back the powerhouse cabinets.
Not everyone likes little light cabinets.
If people were buying heavy cabs people would still be making heavy cabs. Lighter cabs can (and many do) sound just as good as something 3 times heavier.
Not a fan, it sounds hallow just like every class D amp i've heard.
Ironically Gibson bought Tobias and Mesa Boogie
