I could feel it when you said "loose skin and stretch marks". I used to be morbidly obese. And this is so relatable. As you've said, we really need to embrace these "flaws" of ours and start loving ourselves. Easier said, but I'm gonna try to do that. And love every imperfections of mine. Thank you for these words. I appreciate you. 😊
I have been following Louise for a couple years and she has helped me tremendously with my own weightloss! Very thankful for her! I'm glad she is featured here, her story is amazing! Way to go as always Louise! Love you girl!
She’s so incredibly lucky that her skin snapped back! My highest was the same as hers, 269. Unfortunately, after 3 kids I’ve got a little extra skin. Not enough to warrant skin removal (according to my Dr) but enough for me to really hate it. It’s still better than being so heavy, uncomfortable and tired all the time!
@@ptpetechapmanbodysvitalstr4469 hi Pete ! Its not in a bad way or anything.. just different. And great job with louise! I've been watching her progress from her prep and you guys did great work.

Wanting to be healthy instead of being complacent in a morbidly obese body that brings health problems and potentially death is what body positivity means to me! Good job! 👏🏾 👏🏾👏🏾
So inspiring! Thank you for sharing and talking about having a healthy relationship with food. I’m on that journey right now. I’m now 155lbs (5’8”) from (highest) 170lbs. Not much on the scale but I’m sure I’ll get there!
I had the same problem my first pregnancy. I was "eating for two" so I just went crazy. I gained like 65 lbs. Took me years to lose it, and loose skin was hard to come to terms with, but I'm so glad i did it. I did much better my second pregnancy, only gained like 15-20 lbs thank goodness.
I’ve been watching Louise for a couple of years. I’ve never been technically overweight by the bmi charts, but I’ve yo yo-Ed up and down 25 pounds. Watching her videos keeps me on track and motivated to eat right and exercise because she makes it look so doable. No crazy diets. No deprivation. Just common sense. Plus she has a great personality. Someone you’d be friends with in real life.
Good for her. I lost 60 pounds in my early 20s and there's no feeling like it. Your metabolism goes up, your self esteem goes up, and you feel healthy. I've gained about 1/2 of back over the last few years due to recovery from 2 major surgeries and COVID weight but am still better off because I gained a good amount of muscle mass while at the lower weight. So many fat girls out there have this "love your body" mentality. Good self esteem is fine but the extra weight does have a bad effect on your overall health. Louise wisened up, started to take her health seriously, now feels so much better about herself, and is an absolute knockout.
Right. I think the love your body mentality is good but anyone rooted in reality with that mentality will quickly see we only have 1 body and will want to take care of it and reduce complications
Wow this is amazing I don't know her and I'm proud of her! So many girls are doing gastric bands but she has worked so hard and is very disciplined. She has inspired me to keep going on losing weight. I want to lose about 30lb but it's hard to watching this has definitely helped!
Love Louise!!!! She is down to earth and sets realistic goals and examples for a healthy life. I keep up with her on her RUclips channel - great videos!!!
Louise I found your utube I started making small changes over the summer and I had a friend who did a few Bikini competitions kept asking me to do it ? I said oh no I have too much fat on my body ! She said the coaches will work with you no matter where you are it might be scary but you’ll be surprised what your body can do, I trusted her and jumped into a Journey since January and in May 2023 I will be entering my 1st bikini competition ! I’m scared excited and I’m currently cutting shredding weight to lose get lean. I can’t believe I’m doing this ! I will be 3 months shy of turning 60! When I finally walk across the stage! I’m halfway there!! I’m so glad I found you ! Thank you for all the helpful content Congratulations to you in your weight loss journey and your success in your competition!
I broke the right side of my bed from being around 275-280 lbs last year. My mom was so pissed b/c she bought me the bed. I need to eventually buy a new spring box. I continuously denied that my bed was broken from my weight. I was on the health at every size train. I had a bad breakup and used food to deal with my negative emotions. I was 220ish lbs in late 2019 and was constantly reminded that I was big in “certain” ways by my ex bf. Since February 2022, I’ve been consistently losing weight. I’m currently at 235 lbs. I definitely feel better and dress more confidently then when I was even bigger. Never want to go back to where I was.
I remember the first time I realized I had gained so much weight because I put on a pair of capris and they split right in the middle. 😐 Then eventually I put in the work to lose the weight and got skinny shamed so much that I gained it all back. I eventually put on a long sleeve shirt and it split right in the arm and I realized just how much bigger I got after regaining all the weight. That was two years ago. I am finally going to work on losing weight again and will ignore the "too skinny" comments.
I started my weight lost journey the end of December actually new years eve and I plan to work on my self this whole year I'm 240+ lbs currently and want to be 100+ pounds lighter
I can say though, she was STILL absolutely beautiful when she was pregnant ❤️🤞🏻 She is beautiful both ways but I'm so happy she feels better about herself and she has more energy... Way to go girl ❤️😉

How have I only just seen this Louiseeeeee 😢❤ were all SO proud of her 😭 she smashed it out of the park and look at that shirt - now it's super super baggy boyfriend fit lol 😆❤
Ughh and here I am, have been wanting to lose 30 miserable pounds for the past 8 freaking years, but I've never had enough determination to exercise and improve my eating habits. I'm such a mess! 🤦♀️ But anyways, woooww congrats to her! That's simply amazing! ❤️
Start to walk, then walk longer distance. And eat more protein. Every meal with good amount of protein. This is great start if you want to be more active and do something. Protein gives satiation and helps you walk because muscles got stronger. You can do it
@@duchessvampire Aww thank you! You're such a sweetheart! 🤗 My problem is really lack of determination and dedication. Whenever I try to change something I give up, even when I see improvements.
