Is not The Ice Queen due for an update? She should be given a high damage move that stuns everyone, along with turn meter reduction. Sort of like storms Ice stun move.
I think you should try Iron Patriot with Mephisto even tho he's not out yet his passive puts vulnerable on spawn and it would actually make who you target with Mephisto matter due to him getting a second empowered attack with iso
am i the only one who thinks that the buffs and debuffs are overrated in MSF? i think that 50% is too high whether its dam/speed buff or debuff. i think 35% if perfectly fine
