I think the biggest issue of requirments is the stat power creep. If scopley didnt make every new character with larger and larger and larger and larger heath/damage/defense etc. Older characters wouldnt nearly be as bad as they are. Like swgoh manages to add powercreep without stat creep, the only thing old units need to be good is 1 new member usually. Like in that game the phenix team known as the best early game but falls off after g8, became a great team late game again with Captain rex being added. Thats it. No other changes to them just a new unit. Swgoh never needs to do: Yoda +85% health, +66% protection, etc.
Scopley doesn't let their MSF originals fall out of the meta, so I brought all 4 of them to DD7 because they will get reworked over and over in the future.

Commenting on your "Dark Dimension > Scourge" format statement: totally agree. They entrance requirements to nodes should be more flexible. If they want a certain team to be more successful, then the devs need to design the node that way. Arbitrary restrictions are a short minded plan that's going to make it harder for new players to get into the game.
I put one of each origin for each section to prevent gear crunches. I don't really focus on beating the nodes quickly because it's only a few days difference.
@mobilegamer365 I used eternals in dd6 and was not disappointed! Yes they are a little crept but with the buff flips, stun, double attacks, meter rewind it was well worth it. Ikky is about to be my first g19 and sersi second just due to resources!
I have started DD6 on December 2023 and I was able to unlock Super Skrull on June 2024. It wasn't easy but if could do it you will also do it. Take time, no rush, everything will be alright. All I can say I couldn't do it without OML, Nova, Apoc, Black Cat. I can't remember the fifth character. Good luck man :)
Taking big time instead of Pav, skill gear has been slow coming and I’m not waiting for more for Pav, plus big time is rather cheap. Should be able to start city soonish.

First legs is any lvl 19, 2nd is any non leg or non mythic so of course I’m trying to get non leg/non mythic first to get me through first 5 rooms rather than first 3
I one-shot DD7 nodes 1-3 with OML, Super Skrull, Apoc, Robbie, and Vulture. For sure OML carries the team. He’s incredible. For city, I’m doing what you’re doing except I’m taking Penni Parker instead of spider dad.
The mini uniques are so far away for me that I'm not even thinking about dd7 and I'm day one player. Been doing red gear raids since release. Game is so anti ftp now
I dunno why u would build raid team so high when new raids will always be tuned around new raid team i think instead u should take CC character like kraven, lizard, vulture.
Doing a full team is a terrible idea, you are putting all your eggs in one basket. And within a month or two that entire team is dead. Take single heros that have use in multiple game modes.

New Rex is so good and fun. Him being required R7 for Leia is a great excuse for me to get him up and running soon lol

She definitely helps against the node with two novas. Her ult and ability blk are useful.
