No, Heroes of the ancient Olympic Games is not an anime. It is likely a documentary, film or TV show about the ancient Olympic Games and the athletes who participated in them. An anime is a style of animation that originated in Japan and typically features colorful graphics, vibrant characters, and fantastical storylines.
This series absolutely amazing! I watched very enjoyable. Traveling Back in time at ancient Olympic games when of course kyniska is first woman of Olympic games.

If the kid rode the chariot then how the Spartan princess won the games? It's like some other guy rides a woman's cycle in the modern Olympics but the woman is credited for winning cause that's her cycle??
The winner was only the horse and chariot owner, there were thousands of men with independent riders competing that were credited for it , it was not just Kyniska. Technically the athlete in the game were the horses (even if the rider is the one that manages them in that concrete race, the owner was the one that “broke” and trained them ) ...and they weren’t going to give a palm to the horse ...

So, the one who actually won was the boy but the princess - a woman of power and wealth - took all the credits, made a statue for herself and friendzoned the boy. Not to mention the boy was actually her slave. Is that the image of a female sport winner they are trying to show here?
Well I think after this at least women got to participate in Olympics and some probably got motivated too. Sometimes you have to choose different methods to find success.
