Is Sweden Banning Runes?

So the Swedish Government is pursuing certain proposals to (potentially) ban some runes and Nordic symbols from the Viking Age and before and still being used by followers of Asatru or Norse Paganism today in attempt to combat racism. I'd like to explain why I believe this to be a bad idea.
