Hi Michael, Very good review, I have the 800 versjon in operation for 6 months, no problem at all. (I got an replacement mower, due to antenna connection issues on my first mower). I have built a garage to my mower, with a used garbage container. I would recommend the mower to anyone asking me.
Hey thanks for the video The information is great. How do you set it up to do the front section of the house between the sidewalk and the curb, like making it ignore the sidewalk area. Thank you !
Michael, I'm glad you mentioned the lack of mutlizone mowing/multizone schedules. Navimow listed that on the indigogo as on of five or so bulleted features. I'm doubtful navimow will get that out in a timely manner as they have been getting that request for a year from their European customers. I'm also concerned that you mentioned that it can go 30+ feet off property before warning you. That's concerning because some youtubers have had their units drive into the neigbors yards. Seems like it could malfunction and get about get two houses away before warning you. Another thing to add to the backlog. Planning on setting mine up soon with the cooler weather, fingers crossed it stays in my yard lol
I would be in the same boat, but with all the "peculiarities" with the Indigogo campaign and customer support, I don't hold Segway (Navimow) any longer in the same regard as far as trust. I broke the cardinal sin of pre-buying a device based on "promised" features. Keeping out hope but will call them out on this on each opportunity till this feature is delivered (and works in a manner that makes at least some sense). Oh and I'll be working out a way to mount my go pro or some low powered alternative on it so I can keep an eye on where is. My yard is on land which is not exactly as ideally level as yours, so it could run into issues. Thanks again for your video!@@MichaelVance
Funny that there is such a difference. I live in Denmark (EU) and where I live, I see almost nothing but robotic mowers. Here we would probably stop and look if someone was pushing around with their lawnmower ;)
I live in Bulgaria (EU) and they sell these at BAUHAUS. The price is about €1000 cheaper than the Luna. I'm going to take a risk based on the comments I've seen and buy one because BAUHAUS is the best home hardware supplier in our area, plus I may be able to buy more blades there... Are you till happy with the product?
@@JohnTrasher Hey, did you try it out yet ? How is it holding up ? I'm planning to buy it because I can't be bothered placing the boundary line aroudn my back yard..

How has it worked over time, I can see you have a bit of a hill in the front garden, does it spin the wheels etc in the places when it turns, if the grass is damp and destroys the grass? I have had a Worx for the last 4 years and my garden is very similar to yours, but my robot always digs holes if there is just the slightest hill and some wet grass
It's been working great! I didn't have to manually mow my lawn all last summer or at all this spring. I usually wait for the grass to be dry before sending it out, so I haven't had any trouble with it digging into the grass and dirt around the yard.

This is a very good review and my experience with the 3000 is similar. It was nice to see the bit on the anti-theft, now I don't need to test that.
Thanks! I hope you like yours too
Thanks for the honest review. So to clarify there is no extra reference station required?
Thanks for watching! The only things you’ll need to setup are the charging station and the antenna.

Yeah, it’s a bummer that the multizone feature isn’t here, but I don’t mind it taking a little longer to complete
I’m with you on the 33ft too. Mine hasn’t wandered into a neighbors yard, but that would be an issue. Good luck with yours!

Good video!👍 I got the same model but haven’t got it out yet gonna wait till next year.
Thank you! Yeah, there aren’t very many weeks left in the season, but I was excited to test it out and make a video. Thanks for watching!
Got one too. Been waiting for cooler weather to setup.

Nice video!
If you have to estimate; How long would a H3000 take for a 425m2 yard?
Thanks in advance. Keep up the good work!
I would guess about 4 hours start to finish since it would need to stop half way to charge.
@@MichaelVance Thank you.
I found in the manual that a 3000 should be able to cover up to 600m2 at a single charge?!!

I don't know if my township cops care about a stolen mower. The value isn't high enough for them to act upon
I think anything less than 3inch turn my grass brown
Yeah, I wish it would cut just a little bit higher. Thanks for watching!
