Love this!! A good challenge, definitely sweating! A good step up from the other videos I’ve been doing. Felt ready for this from the other beginner video I’ve been doing for a few weeks. My favorite part, I see results!!! 😮😊

Hi Lauren, I had 2 babies back to back, I want to get rid of my mommy pooch and also strengthen my core and pelvic floor muscles. What videos should I start with?

Hi! Glad you’re here! I would start with my Postpartum Ab Program or My Lose Your Mommy Pooch plan. Do one first, then the other. This series is great for after you finish those programs! ❤

When should I start doing these after delivering? I delivered 1 weeks ago

Hi! Once you are cleared to exercise by your medical provider, I suggest first starting with my C-section recovery plan (if you’ve had a C-section) or my Postpartum Ab Program to heal your core. After a few weeks of the program (2-4 weeks) you can add in this workout!
If you’re looking for a guided schedule, I just launched my RUclips guides on my website! It’s 12 weeks and 72 workouts. laurenfitter.com/programs ❤

    Good morning
    Question
You have several pelvic floor programs
Which is the best to start with
    I did the mommy one.
I definitely feel like it helped
    My belly is still here
    I know it takes time
But definitely wanna do the best to see it shrink 😢
Also wanna do my strength training
I have been eating better and more water
I think my issue is i like to have a calendar of what to do to not over do it.
    Do u have calendars?
    Thank you

Hi! I suggest my Postpartum Ab Program! Plus, add in 2-3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio workouts (can be walking) per week. I am launching a RUclips guide later this month, so stay tuned!🤍

      Does it matter
      Like full body
      Upper
      Lower
      For the three day split

    • @laurenfitterfitness
      @laurenfitterfitness  Год назад +1

@@maishabradley7671 I’d do a lower, upper and full body day. Or just upper and a lower day if you can only do 2 sessions!

Hello, I have a question❤ I gave birth 3 years ago , I lose -13 kg but, my stomach and the skin of the feet is hanging 😢 + I have diastasis. I can't figure out which exercise to start. I never Exercised😔 please give me a Plan😘❤ 🙏🙏🙏

Hi! It’s never too late to start! I have a Postpartum Ab Program on my “playlists” that will be perfect for you-it starts out very gentle and then advances as you get stronger. It’s 12 weeks and designed to heal your diastasis recti and strengthen your core. After that, you can do this pelvic floor series or my diastasis recti repair plan. Hope this helps!
