- Bridging the gap between Africa & Hip Hop, Renata welcomed Ghana's own Sarkodie to Ear Candy Mornings for his first Sirius XM interview--possibly his first in the states ever. He's considered the "Twista" of Africa, being the fastest rapper in Ghana. He won the Best International Act: Africa category at the 2012 BET Awards, and was nominated in the same category at the 2014 & 2015 BET Awards. Sarkodie was ranked the 19th most Influential Ghanaian by e-TV Ghana and is considered one of Africa's greatest Hip pop artists.
