Thankyou Ma'am,but where is Prerna ma'am
Thanks mam
Ma’am but the definition is not there in the minorities commision act. It just says that centre can notify which communities are minorities.
So ma’am as per Indian express article as well the minorities is not defined in constitution not minorities commision act. Please clarify it ma’am
So, minority commission has identified/defined minorities to be any community which is notified by the centre. Minorities is not defined in constitution. The link from the act for your reference - cms.ncm.nic.in/about.php?lang=1
Thank you!
The word minority it self is mentioned 4 times in the constitution. But the word "minority" it self has not been defined in the constitution.
Great lecture mam . Thankyou.
