This is a fantastic how to play set of easy to follow videos (I suggest watching all 3). I watched them, and was able to play the game 4 times right after. My strategy needs help, but I only looked at rules once, questioning, to find that yes, I was playing correct from what I learned from this guy. Thanks so very much for doing this. Great teacher.

After you go there click on upgrade kits and then type Tiny Epic Western in the search bar As of today, (04/30/21) the entire set is $38.00 for 24 meeples (12 are generics and 12 are specific ones on your character sheets) If you didn’t want to go that way, you can buy individual generic meeples from their character meeple list The outlaw and villager look like cowboys and they have special western characters at the end of list for slightly more money

I think they came like that in the deluxe version of the game. I definitely don’t have the skill to paint like that!
