the lag was due to me recording - so putting that aside,
i asked what the problem was in the All-Star Battle R Discord server. they said it will always be slow if you stop time at 1.5 Heat (which is how much you need for timestopping), the more Heat you have, (over 1.5 Heat) the faster your timestop will be
after trying, this is actually the case. it’s normal speed if you have MAX heat. (for all characters)
