I think that the two knights’ clothes are the best ones.
Normal knight’s clothes simply give free 85 health.
And lighting one’s give free 95 health.

the bosses themselvs like a tear or trials they drop schematics not the actual outfits
The 3 knights drop the actual gear if you do the 77 ring trial all other need to be crafted.
