I think it's not about accommodation of tourist . But its direct result of peaceful time available for tourism practice.
Since the increase in available peace time in Jamu the you see higher inflow in terms of numbers. And I think yatrees are tourists too

How will you improve upon the current situation? You guys wielded 370 and 35A as a psychological block for both Kashmir and India, prevented closer integration, destroyed peace and prosperity by coddling terrorists. If you want to see yourself back as CM of state of Kashmir in future, you have to come around to accepting the abrogation and moving on.

Things are definitely getting better in J& K. This fellow and especially his father have been hedonists having a time of their lives, and now they can't. Data shows that the numbers of tourists in J&K k are unprecedented. Of course, you have to deal with terrorists with an iron hand. It has gone for far too long.

Not defending any party, but, DOES HE MEAN THAT 1 CRORE 90 LAKHS TOURIST CAME AT 1 time and stayed together, so that he is questioning that where in JK that number of hotels are there or not ?? Also, manybe the old hotels have been shut for then scenario, but now opened after 370, and how is he saying that the number of tourist were same?? In all those violence people didnt turned towards kashmir for tourism. But his take on the resevation of pahadis and gujjars is what agreeable. But about seats, what they did when they were "nominated", THEY HAD POWERS ON ALL THOSE YEARS, they proved to be incapable in governing , JK, and ladakh well, or else, then state, now union territories would have seen more brighter future since.
