The fourth installment of Fargo is set in 1950 Kansas City, where two crime syndicates fighting for a piece of the American dream have struck an uneasy peace. Chris Rock stars as Loy Cannon, the head of the Black crime family who trades sons with the head of the Italian mafia as part of tenuous truce.

Noah Hawley is a fantastic writer and creator. Fargo is my favourite TV series.
Basically Noah Hawley is underrated.
Quite the opposite. The guy gets the praise of critics and is considered be of the hottest showrunners around. He’s in the same veins of David Chase and Vince Gilligan.

@@ColombianThunder Well duh. Do you think the number of people who go to see the newest Paul Thomas Anderson film match that of Avengers 7? The thing is amongst critics and TV buffs, Hawley is a major name and usually a sign of quality. People are stoked for whatever he does next if its another season of Fargo or that Cat's Cradle series he's been putting off. But then again, I'm speaking of cultured viewers being the ones excited. In terms of people who know about TV, Hawley's a major player in today's TV atmosphere.
