REIKO AND MOTARO!!! This is so awesome, I always thought Reiko was so cool and I loved his MK4 ending. I'm happy to see him return.
In MK4 he was actually Shao Kahn's reincarnation and he was with Brotherhood of Shadows(his face tattoo is their symbol), but after John Tobias left all that got retconned and he became a seperate character all together, Shao Kahn's general.
I liked his design in MKA even if he was considered a generic Shao Khan clone
Do we know if they are both playable? Kameo or main roster?
I hope we get to play as motaro with his 4 legs this time

Let’s bring back Shinnok Onaga Blaze and Kronica all in it. They’ll be having their own plots to take over in their own ways and finally kronics gets pissed and shows up to all of them revealing she was never really killed 💀 that would’ve been cool lol

Reiko looks amazing! His design is perfection. Love how agile he is for a pretty big guy, the short sword barrel roll attack was clean 🔥💀

@johnnyflores5940 To be honest, he looks quite young like he's in his prime. I really really like his voice. It sounds very different yet commanding. I don't think every tough guy villain should have a Godlike deep voice lol I think his is deep enough.

I think the one flying in the air was Nitara the scream along with him looking up makes me belive that
Bi Han does say HELP lead, so I think he wants to be on equal footing with Liu Kang. I think he has issues with protecting it, instead of carving out the future. He definitely has daddy issues lol I imagine their dad was harsher on Bi Han since he's the successor of the Lin Kuei
I like the nuanced vocabulary they’ve given him. I would like him to still be honorable but have an inflated ego and perception of the Lin Kuei.

Cause he looked like a guy who skipped leg day. Lol I know he's half humanoid half horse but it looked kinda ridiculous with how skinny the legs are.

Why are you already saying he won't be playable? The fact that he is centaur-like shouldn't be a problem gameplay wise if a little imagination is thrown in the mix.
at best he'll most likely be a Kameo fighter, it makes the most sense, Its sick though!
I am loving how Mortal Kombat is turning into Game of Thrones! The story is looking far more interesting without Earthrelm being directly in it! I cannot wait to see what role Havik has in it!

@@lordhades598 I think that's not a very strong argument. A more likely cause would be the fact that it would be hard to make the fatalities work on him, as well as things like the hitbot and throw animations.

This is huge indeed, although we still need to see if they are story-only characters (as NRS/WB did before) or they are in the actual roster (most likely Reiko being on the main roster and Motaro being a Kameo).

So happy to see all the Reiko fans coming out of the shadows. I used to get so much crap for playing him in 4 and Armageddon. Idk I love the makeup, wish they'd put it back on Shang tsung like in mk3
I always liked him too. The stars he throws are one of my favorite special moves ever. I’m really excited to see Reiko again because I’ve become so sick to death of seeing Shao Kahn. I feel he really could have sat out of this game.

I’m glad that a lot of old fan favorites characters are returning.
Can’t wait to see General Shao, hopefully in a trailer. Still think either Onaga or Havik is the main villain, Shangs prob a secondary villain, but has a role, or the mentioning of Shang meeting Shao could of been a past event, and Shang is dead.
Absolutely love the story getting this much attention by the developers!! I’ve been playing MK since it first hit arcades, way before it ever dropped on SNES/Genesis on “Mortal Monday” and I think this is already looking like the best MK yet!!

And I feel like that scene with smoke sub and scorpion when they look up could be Nitari flying in on them cuz it would have to be somebody who could come from above.Not the biggest Nitari fan but I’m all for the old school characters coming back

@@fernandoenamorado2480Are players not tired of meeting the enemies Sindel and Shao Khan in almost every game, and the most powerful creatures have only appeared once in the game Deception :v. I think it's such a waste of a character as badass onaga.
Rain's original bio before they edited it confirms that Shao works for Sindel and she is Empress of Outworld.

Seeing Reiko and Motaro was interesting because I don’t know those characters to much… so I got some catching up to do. But when seeing the footage of Reiko and Motaro more and more, they are getting cooler in my opinion especially Reiko. I just got to learn these old MK Characters

Since li mei, reiko, Tanya and Baraka were revealed as base roster characters does that mean that maybe Jax and Sonya don’t come back as main fighters? They haven’t been announced yet besides being kameos, or reptile and khameleon we need them back and maybe their race in this game isn’t dead and they’re advanced assassin’s

Not gonna lie wherever they were attempting to trespass probably sent a trap towards *Smoke* due to his practical magic being detected but I could also see *Nitara* being teased in said way despite evidence of her being seen
