I can’t tell you how much relief this meditation brings me, I have some really awful stomach pain some days. I’ve listened to frequencies/subliminals that occasionally help but this is really the only thing that consistently helps me. I know I have a lot of anxiety/frustration and I’m trying to be more conscious of it, but when I can’t get out of the cycle of stress before the pain gets bad this helps so much...thank you, THANK YOU!💖 I wonder if you have any plans for a ‘constipation’ meditation, as holding onto past hurts is a big factor to that I realize, but I can’t imagine anyone who’d better address such an issue too. Either way thank you for all your wonderful meditations, you’re a true angel.

This helps me so much, I listen very regularly since my cancer diagnosis. I find something different to listen to each time. The voice is so soothing and I can put the worry and anxiety out of my mind which feels heavenly. Just to feel the knot in my stomach release for a while is wonderful. Thank you.

The sensations that come on with anxiety are definitely physical and not 'all in the mind'. But once you find some stress relief activities that work for you, it can make a real difference.
I recently got diagnosed with IBS. this really helps me at night. That is usually when my stomach gets nervous. When I started to listen. It just went away. I never liked meditation… but THIS!!! thank you so much.

Thanks for your fabulous ideas, as usual. I've just recorded a sleep meditation - but because I don't have a great audio setup I have to have a little background music to mask any unwanted noise. I won't make it loud though. But I hadn't thought about combing a sleep meditation with one of my stomach meditations!!!! You are just full of great ideas. It's been added to my list.

I have been feeling this weird sensation in my tummy for months and it's because of stress, tension, anxiety and it comes even when i feel excitement, idk how to describe it, it's probably a butterflies in the stomach sensation I'm not sure. But this video honeslty helped my stomach feel so much calm and relaxed and that sensation still seems to be there a little but.. I def feel a lot better than before, much more calm. So I'll try doing this regularly and observe whenever I'm feeling this sensation again and remind myself to loosen up the tension through belly breaths, expanding the belly while inhaling and bringing it in while exhaling. This helped me so much 🙏🏻 I honestly never knew I had anxiety up till now I woke up this morning feeling nauseous and had the tightest knot in my stomach, and even after eating nothing helped , it stayed there throughout the entire day and I feel like it’s because I’ve been stressing a lot because of final exams and I even stayed up late night to study But this video helped me release the knot and even made me tired which is good because I have trouble sleeping as well , so thank you so much 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️

Your body and mind is very intelligent and it's sending you a message that something is out of balance. If you suspect stress/ anxiety is the reason for your bloating, you might want to find a way to release the emotions that might be causing this. Perhaps writing about your issues in a journal will help. Or maybe some movement-based actions like yoga, tai chi or qigong. I'm pleased that this meditation is helping and would suggest using it daily while the bloating continues. But hopefully, getting quiet and listening to what your body might be trying to tell you will help ease the bloating.
I use all of these videos and I love them. But this is my first time listening to this particular video, and I just had to laugh. I'm having REALLY SEVERE abdominal pain & when we're given The direction to breathe in for 4 seconds I've got to laugh because I'm working as hard as I can and I'm breathing in for about a half a second! 😂 😁 Do you guys ever have such bad pain It feels like the wind what's punched out of you? That's happening to me all the time lately.
Thank you, I would suggest once a day if you're experiencing a lot of anxiety/ digestive issues. But if you're doing ok, once a week. You'll eventually get to the point where it comes naturally to you to release the tension in your muscles and probably won't need it any more.
I have suffered from Anxiety, panic attacks, and depression form the past 2 years. I was given medicines, I used those pills for 2 years, and I no longer have pack attacks, but difficulty breathing and hidden anxiety. and I stopped my antidepressant pills 4 months ago.and now some days I feel perfectly fine and some days are horrible. Some times I feel like my stomach has a knot 🪢 and some times I can’t breath properly. (Shortness of breath ) Is there any suggestions? Should I start my pills again ?
I'm glad the panic attacks have disappeared. But remember, you're on a journey out of the depression and anxiety and it's natural for some days to feel better than others. And some days it might even seem like you're slipping backwards. Have a set of self-care activities you can rely on to help soothe you when you're in a funk. As for the medication, this is something you should speak to your doctor about. Please don't make changes without speaking to them about it. Best wishes!

When I talk about a knot in the stomach, I'm referring to those general feelings of nervousness like butterflies in the stomach, feeling sick with anxiety. Normally, after a scary event has finished our digestion will return to normal after an hour or so. But if we experience chronic anxiety, where we feel scared on a daily basis, it takes a little longer because anxiety causes our digestion to feel out of balance.
Mam although I met with psychiatrist in my hometown. He told me I'm in anxiety. Digestive problem also to me.(heart palpitation always (96-106) But apart from it. mam when I try to go upstairs or do little presure work or cycling ...My heart beat so hard and strong....Is it happening due to anxiety ????
Only a doctor who sees you in person can help you figure out if it's anxiety. But sometimes, when someone is anxious about their health, anything that causes the heart to beat stronger may make you concerned that there is something serious going on. So it could be that when you go up the stairs or cycle, your heart beats faster (which is normal) and then you interpret that as a symptom.
I have to be honest and say I don't know. However, if it seems to create more problems when you feel anxious it should help to relax your stomach area.
Oh dear, candy overload!! It certainly helps to relax your body and mind because it will keep your digestion working nicely. But probably best to not eat too much candy in the first place (although I totally understand why - I have a thing for mint chocolates!)
I think I am coming to there realization that a lot of my health concerns are tied to anxiety. I didn't realize the IBS I've been experiencing could be a symptom.
Sorry you've been going through these health concerns. It's always best to get new or lingering symptoms checked out by your doctor. But stress and anxiety definitely have a big influence on the digestive system.
Here's the way I see it ... stress and belly tension create an environment that makes it harder for you to digest food properly. Which leads to gas and bloating.
Once i relaxed my stomach, i actually had to go to the bathroom immediately. It almost felt like i had “let go” of holding it all in....there is definitely something to this

Maybe turn a rain on ocean machine on instead of music? I listen to a rain sound all night every night. Helps cover up city noise

I was given medicines, I used those pills for 2 years, and I no longer have pack attacks, but difficulty breathing and hidden anxiety. and I stopped my antidepressant pills 4 months ago.and now some days I feel perfectly fine and some days are horrible. Some times I feel like my stomach has a knot 🪢 and some times I can’t breath properly. (Shortness of breath ) Is there any suggestions? Should I start my pills again ?
I'm glad the panic attacks have disappeared. But remember, you're on a journey out of the depression and anxiety and it's natural for some days to feel better than others. And some days it might even seem like you're slipping backwards. Have a set of self-care activities you can rely on to help soothe you when you're in a funk. As for the medication, this is something you should speak to your doctor about. Please don't make changes without speaking to them about it. Best wishes!

I was just wondering how long can a knot last?
When I talk about a knot in the stomach, I'm referring to those general feelings of nervousness like butterflies in the stomach, feeling sick with anxiety. Normally, after a scary event has finished our digestion will return to normal after an hour or so. But if we experience chronic anxiety, where we feel scared on a daily basis, it takes a little longer because anxiety causes our digestion to feel out of balance.
I hate my anxiety. It makes it so hard for me to do basic things and I just want a cure.
Mam although I met with psychiatrist in my hometown. He told me I'm in anxiety. Digestive problem also to me.(heart palpitation always (96-106) But apart from it. mam when I try to go upstairs or do little presure work or cycling ...My heart beat so hard and strong....Is it happening due to anxiety ????
Only a doctor who sees you in person can help you figure out if it's anxiety. But sometimes, when someone is anxious about their health, anything that causes the heart to beat stronger may make you concerned that there is something serious going on. So it could be that when you go up the stairs or cycle, your heart beats faster (which is normal) and then you interpret that as a symptom.

I have to be honest and say I don't know. However, if it seems to create more problems when you feel anxious it should help to relax your stomach area.

Oh dear, candy overload!! It certainly helps to relax your body and mind because it will keep your digestion working nicely. But probably best to not eat too much candy in the first place (although I totally understand why - I have a thing for mint chocolates!)
I think I am coming to there realization that a lot of my health concerns are tied to anxiety. I didn't realize the IBS I've been experiencing could be a symptom.
Sorry you've been going through these health concerns. It's always best to get new or lingering symptoms checked out by your doctor. But stress and anxiety definitely have a big influence on the digestive system.

Hello can belly tension make it seem like your bloated as well?
Here's the way I see it ... stress and belly tension create an environment that makes it harder for you to digest food properly. Which leads to gas and bloating.
Once i relaxed my stomach, i actually had to go to the bathroom immediately. It almost felt like i had “let go” of holding it all in....there is definitely something to this
