I'm okay with all the additions -- not crazy about the Jiffy mix because i think it's too sweet. A 1/2 cup of Jiffy mix has 20% of the RDA for Total Carbs & 30% RDA for added Sugars... And *_that's_* supposedly *_one_* of *_THREE_* servings in a box! [Why would someone add _sugar_ to something already so sweet they _literally_ make *_syrup_* from it? Makes my teeth hurt!] The other issue i have is: _Cornbread is cooked in a cast iron skillet._ -- preferably passed to you by your grandmother who got it from _her_ grandmother, who got it from _her_ grandmother ... on back to where they left behind _clothing_ to make room for it when she brought it over from the old country.
