Hello Dennis, i am using rgb fusion 2.0 to control the rgb, but i got a corsair h100i capellix which comes with a commander core. You mention being able to use ICUE to control the front fans because of your ram, are the fans still plugged in the RGB 12v motherboard connector in that instance? Also, do you know if these 3 fans can be plugged in the commander core to control their rgb?
The Corsair ICUE Software can control the front fans, ram and any other corsair devices and other RGB devices a lot of times. The fans themselves can be used in the commander core if that is the type of connectors it has as I'm not familiar with this. But RGB will work if it has the capability to control RGB, not sure if the ICUE Software can work with that device but being Corsair (if it is) then it should be ok.
Thank you for your quick response! I actually tried to control the fans with ICUE, i got a message telling me to disable gigabytes rgb fusion, did you unplug the rgb connector from the motherboard to fix this?
@@justinhamel1337 I have the RGB going to the MB RGB Header but since you have the commander core it's possible that might control it that way instead.
i do not have a rgb header on my motherboard, do the fans light up with a default color and is there any cheap way to make the rgb work? i've seen controllers and hub but no idea wich one to buy and how it works
Most modern MBs have the RGB Header but not the ARGB Header, if yours doesn't have one then I'm not sure if there is a way do use the RGB Colors. If you can get a RGB Hub that is only powered by the SATA and doesn't need to connect to the MB then that might work but not sure I've seen one like that.
Hey! I got my bell turned on to catch your latest videos. and also catch your older videos too. I enjoyed watchng you put together this case. I am so excited to catch more. Thanks for what you do!
Got this case and blessed enough to have a 3060ti and MA410M cpu cooler and thought it wouldn't fit it left very little play for the cooler and just enough room form the gpu. The psu was a pain to get in there was tempted to just hammer it in at one point lol
I just got this case and it didn’t come with mobo mounting screws. Did yours come with mounting screws? If not could I use the extra HDD screws to mount it?
The MB should come with the Mounting Screws and even extra Stand Offs, if the HDD Screws will go into the standoff and not leave any gaps as to cause a short then yes you could use them. I've used different screws in the past when the stand offs were slightly bigger then they should have been, it's rare but does happen. The cable from your case determines the one you need, ie if it's a 3 Pin 5V then you use the ARGB Header and if it's 4 Pin 12V then you use the RGB Header. Depending on the devices your plugging in you could need to use both but depending on your devices.
Great video, I need to know, my B450 Aorus M only has 2 SYS_FAN slots and I can only use one front fan and the rear fan. Will the commander pro allow these fans connections?
fantastic review, I was wondering if you'd recommend the asus prime b460 plus mobo, since it has 2 RGB headers, But I was curious if i'd need a splitter or not
Only thing I look for on MB's these days is if your case has a USB C on it, then you want that on your MB, and this MB has RGB but no Addressable RGB Header, I look for a MB with at least 1 of each...it is a great MB though for this case as these fans use RGB not ARGB...so it'll work no problem...depending on what you doing should not need a splitter...
The RGB being plugged into the RGB Header on your MB is right, but your MB Software should work from that point on. Not sure why it doesn't work. Basically a 3 Pin is 5V and uses the ARGB Header and a 4 Pin is 12V and uses a RGB Header, so if that's what your doing then it goes to the MB Software.
@@Reviewing_Playing_and_More_RPM Thank you essentially, I just went to the splitter and changed them and turned on my pc and one fan lit up so I went back and kept changing them till all 3 lit up and I got it working. @@briananvari3904 To change colours and control them is where the MB Software comes into play, if you haven't installed the one for yours then that should solve the problem. @GalaxyBoi Yeah the big thing is getting the lighting working, was a challenge, I used Corsair Vengence Pro RGB Memory that then let me use iCue Software that recognized all the other components and then it all worked, big thing I have found is RGB Software is hit and miss, it either works or just doesn't, that's why (I think) a lot of even the bigger YTer's will show the lighting at the end with the default rainbow colors, because they to had issue's and didn't have time to fix before putting out the video...take care...

Cant get the RGB to work on my Asus X570 Tuf Gaming motherboard. The RGB connector won't connect to the motherboards RGB header. It's really pissing me off and keeps popping out
Check that the connector is going on to a RGB Header, there are two types a 3 Pin 5V Addressable RGB Header and a 4 Pin 12V RGB Header, the cables need to line up there will be an arrow on the cable from the case that needs to go to the same side your plugging into be it the ARGB or RGB Header. It just slides on, it doesn't click in place or anything so will pull off easily. So it's normally the last thing to plug in.

Sounds like your doing everything right, so not sure other then double check things are lined up correctly the 3 Pin 5V ARGB is always easy to plug in as they really only can go in one way, so maybe the 4 Pin 12V RGB just ensure the Arrow on the cable is going to where it says 12V on the RGB Header on the MB, otherwise not sure.
The MB Software is used to control and change the colors most work quite well, although Gigabyte's RGB Fusion has given me issue's. It can fit up to a 330 mm GPU, the RTX 3060 depending on which one I have looked at a few and the 3 Fan one from Gigabyte is 290 mm so will depend on which one you get but that is something in comparison, look for the GPU Length and as long as it's not bigger then 330 mm you'll be good.

Yes it will.
fantastic review, I was wondering if you'd recommend the asus prime b460 plus mobo, since it has 2 RGB headers, But I was curious if i'd need a splitter or not
Only thing I look for on MB's these days is if your case has a USB C on it, then you want that on your MB, and this MB has RGB but no Addressable RGB Header, I look for a MB with at least 1 of each...it is a great MB though for this case as these fans use RGB not ARGB...so it'll work no problem...depending on what you doing should not need a splitter...
@@Reviewing_Playing_and_More_RPM thx for the reply. The case in Hong for is the exact one in the video haha
I plugged my rgb cables into rgb2 with the splitter so all 3 are connected through the one port but my fans work but the rgb isn"t
Only thing im not sure about is how to control them right now they just change colour
@@briananvari3904 To change colours and control them is where the MB Software comes into play, if you haven't installed the one for yours then that should solve the problem. Although the Asus MB Software is not the best and can be troublesome, I solved mine with the Corsair RGB Vengeance Pro Memory and then used the iCUE Software to do it.
MASSIVE QUESTION!!!
Currently have a Corsair Spec Delta case with a MSI B450 A PRO MAX mobo. The entire system works and runs, the only issue i can't figure out is lighting up the front case fans. Ill be happy to provide more details if you read this.
Sorry didn't see this earlier but did reply to another comment you posted...

Sounds like your doing everything right, so not sure other then double check things are lined up correctly the 3 Pin 5V ARGB is always easy to plug in as they really only can go in one way, so maybe the 4 Pin 12V RGB just ensure the Arrow on the cable is going to where it says 12V on the RGB Header on the MB, otherwise not sure.
how to change the rgb color i cant change the color it is default in yellow cabinet
The MB Software is used to control and change the colors most work quite well, although Gigabyte's RGB Fusion has given me issue's. I had problems with this build with the parts that were chosen by someone else to put together for them as the MB Software would not work, so I installed Corsair RGB Pro Memory and downloaded iCUE Software to change all the colors as it recognized all devices and worked to change them all. Otherwise you could try NZXT's CAM Software as it's been known to work as well.
Is the side panel tinted or transparent?
It's Tempered Glass tinted but not so dark you can't see inside components.
What happen if my MB is not compatible rgb ?
So thinking you mean it doesn't have the Addressable RGB 3 Pin 5V, so if that's the circumstance you can use the RGB Header with the help of a product to use the 12V with a converter, I have a video I did because that happened to me and it can help with this situation, here is the link: ruclips.net/video/sK4PGOZ0EGA/видео.html hope that helps with your question...

do u think if a 3 fan 3060 can fit in there? i have the same case and i am looking to upgrade my gpu

@@mgtowanonymous3120 Yeah, I can't get one at all, I wanted a 3070 but who knows when that will happen, same with AMD, I hope there is some soon. It's a real crime when they even advertise for newer GPU's when they can't even get us the current or former one's now. Couldn't agree with you more. I'm still using a GTX 1080 and feel lucky to have even that at this point. Best of luck to us all. Take care sir.

If you could answer this I would be so happy, how did you open the metal like side of the pc to get the processor to fit ? Opening the glass side was easy but the processor can’t fit thru the back. So I need to open the metal or plastic like side (opposite), please I need help. This is my first pc build I’m doing and I’ve been on this the whole day
I don’t wanna break anything either , I’m scared lol
@@itsduncecap if you mean the metal side, you have to unscrew it (there are 2 screws on the back) and then slide it back.
Yes as Alessio Perez has said the other side is held on with two screws, unscrew them take off the side panel and you'll be easily able to get things done. Good Luck, you got this.
Just go slow and take your time and things will be just fine.
@@Reviewing_Playing_and_More_RPM THANK YOU
I have the msi b450 gaming pro ac and the exact same case but the ezdebug light goes off for one sec, the fans don’t spin or nothing can you help me?
Here is a ton of useful info that might help: www.cgdirector.com/msi-ez-debug-leds-troubleshooting/
@@Reviewing_Playing_and_More_RPM so I have the cpu in right and everything but I think it’s the bios, is there a way I could download the bios to get it to boot
@@Vornikus Yes, I believe your MB has a Flash BIOS option, so you can download the BIOS from MSI's website specific to your MB and then Flash your MB using it. I did a video on how to do it for when there's no CPU, memory or anything but you might need to search to find one for your MB.
@@Reviewing_Playing_and_More_RPM one more thing how do I connect the fans with the spec delta
@@Vornikus At 6:32 in the video I show the fan connectors and the other cables connected, the 3 fans can go to the MB.
