    When the oil need pre-heating and don't need pre-heating?
    Is the pre-heating different than separating temperature?

    • @tropangmakinista7697
      @tropangmakinista7697  Год назад

      Thanks for bringing it up.
      Heavy Fuel oils (HFO) needed pre heating for a much efficient separation. Pre heating is done at the Settling tank while separation temp happens at the fuel oil heater before the oil goes in the fuel purifier. Diesel oils are examples of oil that does not need preheating because they are already low viscosity.
      I hope I answered your question. Keep safe!

    Andito ako kasi first time ko makakaexperience ng di gravity disc sa nextvessel ko kasi sa previous ko eh pairing tube ang gamit. Tanong ko lang po eh lagi po ba sir pinapalitan yung gravity disc kapag ibang bunker na ang gagamitin?

    • @tropangmakinista7697
      @tropangmakinista7697  Год назад

      Hi! About sa tanong mo, if susundin mo yung procedure na nakasaad sa video, kung papaano gamitin ang nomogram, yun ang magiging basehan mo kung magpapalit ka ba o hindi. So ang advice ko, everytime may bagong bunker, check the nomogram if kelangan mo magpalit. Keep safe kabaro!

    May tanong po ako, bakit po sa nomogram ng Alfa laval is hindi nyu na po sinama ang heating temperature sa pag guguhit? Salamat

    • @tropangmakinista7697
      @tropangmakinista7697  Год назад

      If papanoorin mo ulit amg video dun sa part ng Alfa Laval, may 2 scenario tayo. Ang isa may preheating ang isa wala. Kaya kung papansinin natin, iba ang naging guhit nila.
      Kung ang ibig mong sabihin sa heating temperature ay yung temperature bago pumasok ang oil sa purifier, sa Alfa Laval na nomogram, ang tawag dun ay separating temperature.
      Naway nasagot ko ang iyong katanungan. Keep safe!
