Well the program they are run and used in is calld MikuMikuDance, The program you can use to make models is called PMD editor, PMD is the extention file of the models. You can also use other programs like MetaSeq or 3DCG to make things easier. But PMDEditor is really needed in order to make models.

The only thing standing out is that the shadowing under the heart is giving him breasts, and while that'd be all right if you had him chunkier, he's got a rather slim figure on this model. The backside has an odd shadow as well right at the butt still on the sweater. JUst some CC since you said "making" so i'm assuming it's in progress. Otherwise, pretty fucking awesome. Usually I can't stand models for anything but the actual vocaloids, but these are very well done.
