British? English, Welsh or Scottish? All completely different, isn't a true nationality, like European, just a collection of countries to locate a specific area/group in an agreement with one another.
A soft surface such as a close up pad will help a lot with this. For this particular move you only need to pick up the entire deck from the table once, so you could slide the deck to the edge of the table to help you pick them up.
When i do the cuts, some cards are too slippery and tend to slide off while landing packets over packets. This makes it hard to grab the packets properly. Any suggestions?? PLS REPLY
it just takes practice, it will get tidier the more you do it. Practice practice practice, hundreds, thousands of times. A good idea is to start without speed, gradually build speed with time. Or even, practice doing it with your eyes closed, that way you gain a greater awareness of what the cards are doing through touch alone. i know it sounds strange, but it really will improve the tidiness of your work. hope this helps.
I discovered this shuffle myself before I watched this video... dang I figured it out just thinking to make table false shuffle... my inspiration was Alex Pandrea's false table shuffle... like a three packet false cut...
When i do it i alway get about 4-5 cards on top of the top card(which i always use the ace of spades) so my top card at the beginning of the shuffle is 5th-6th at the end of the shuffle. Any sugestions?
@manmuffin71 To guy below me, false part indicates that the cards have not actually been shuffled. Cards retain thier original order so as such it's a false shuffle :)
OMG ASAD! Finaly, you made this! I remember you using something similiar on your other channel with the video named "how to cheat at black jack" and was thoroughly impressed! Great tutorial! Thanks! :D
Your eyes are playing tricks on you. This shuffle is widely used by magicians and other card technicians. It is definitely a full-deck false cut sequence.
and if you peel off a bottom card at your first cut it's a great from bottom to the top card control. and to do it you just need to fail a false shuffle)
without doubt, one of the best card teachers on the tube. Thank you sir! Your mate from disturb reality is also up there btw :)
Because the cards end up in the same order as they started... they aren't shuffled at all, but it looks like they have been
lol, they need to work on their interpretation software :P
I remember asking you to do a tutorial for this a long time ago and I can't believe you actually did it!!!
Yes, you can choose to stop at the end of any cycle. This can be a lengthy false shuffle, or a short one; it's completely your choice.
Really hard for me, but i'm going to practice :)
Can you please do an updated version of your deck collection?
Tenable Rabbit I agree, do make a video of your deck collection. You have so many flashy decks!
@ALEKazam01 Oops, I forgot to add that info to the description box. It's there now :)
British? English, Welsh or Scottish? All completely different, isn't a true nationality, like European, just a collection of countries to locate a specific area/group in an agreement with one another.
Anything that is soft and has some cushion
Nope, it keeps it in the same exact order as it started in.
i literally came here to read the captions...
Nice, you got me subscribed :)
ok help pls!
i am practicing this and realized i have one small problem:
i can not pick them up from the table easily, any tips?

this worked great for me but how is this a false shuffle? or is false just part of the name?
Thanks! Best explanation of "Up The Ladder" i have see.
Great tutorial, I'll definitely be doing this!
False cut means it keeps the deck in complete order.
And yes, this is a false shuffle.
Excellent tutorials on your site! Thanks very much!
@DecksAndContests my computer glitches up when i try to look at the des. box :*(
I feel like doing more than about three or four cuts seems a little excessive.

I really like your false shuffles they help with the other card tricks i know that i learned from mismag822
this is my favorite false shuffle to do a really convincing triumph routine.
Serena ju your doing it wrong then
Why is this in your advanced card playlist this was so easy
Excellent teaching!!!
thank you so much!
I bet before becoming an engineer Asad worked at a casino!!!That was so smooth man..amazing..
Is there any reason why starting this with a break and cutting to the break is better than jogging the very first packet and cutting under the jog?
More deceptive imo.
Thanks man I can use this for my 673 king street trick for the beginning shuffle :)
you are really good! by the way thanks for all the tutorials! they are awesome! :D
If you notice at 0:17 the bottom cards are the spades and at 2:09 it's the hearts. This is clearly not a false shuffle. But it's still cool though
what were you on when you wrote this comment?
Your eyes are playing tricks on you. This shuffle is widely used by magicians and other card technicians. It is definitely a full-deck false cut sequence.
Thanks Asad. This will bring some finesse to my gambling sleight moves.
