I'm so glad I had no idea this was in the game, it was 10pm and I was playing it in the dark, and all I could do was smile cause it caught me way off guard.
@gMemo92 Videogame bloopers are rare as it is, and I've never seen a blooper rendered with in-game assets AND integrated into a playthrough. Surprised the hell out of me. It's also a pretty funny prank on Chase's actress.
Ahh, damnit, I had read about this before starting on my Crushing playthrough and completely forgot to keep an eye out for it. I was just skipping all the videos, seeing as it was my third run. God, the game is MUCH shorter without all the cutscenes. I think I got through it in 2.5, maybe 3 hours.
It’s a meme or joke how in games there’s a glitch where a npc or player stands in a t pose as the default pose and then everyone kinda made a joke about it.
In-game models without any animation are automatically assigned to "T-pose" as default. The models themselves are created this way so they can assign elements like skeletons, that later can be used to provide animations for both the model itself and its accessories, like clothing. So when a model glitches or something goes wrong (like the game can't comprehend what to do), they just go back to the default position, thus this position. They made a clever joke about it how it's something unusual that you "would not expect".
@@kheilasreti4535 yeah, but that can't be the reason they did it in mocap. No sense at all to do it at that time. There must be a technical reason behind it.

@drewstew7 Sony Bend. Naughty Dog didn't have much to do with Golden Abyss. I think they had a hand in the story but that was it.
