@@Bjamin9891Hello friend, it’s a pleasure seeing you interested in our culture and I’m willing to answer your questions as I’m from Iraq, Babylon.
      - Digging around the city was my passion during my childhood, obviously I did not find any valuable material😂, but it was fun! Unfortunately, not all Iraqis are interested in their culture because of wars and civil wars now the country is healing rapidly we might see new ancient discoveries! (Hope so)
-As I said earlier, because of wars I have not seen many tourists in the city which is depressing for me and many people. I know lots of people who are still thinking that Iraq is still in war (last civil war was by ISIS during 2015), from my point of view Ihave not face any problem and I would say that the country is safe especially Baghdad, Babil, Karabla and the northern region.
I hope I had answered your questions and forgive me for my poor language I’m still learning.

The Book Isaiah Chapter 13, Verses 19-20 Says: And Babylon, The Most Glorious Of Kingdoms, The Beauty And The Pride Of the Chal·deʹans, Will Be Like Sodʹom And Go·morʹrah When God Overthrew Them. She Will Never Be Inhabited, Nor Will She Be A Place To Reside In Throughout All generations. No Arab Will Pitch His Tent There, And No Shepherds Will Rest Their Flocks There.
The Book Of Jeremiah 51:37 Says: And Babylon Will Become Piles Of Stones, A Lair Of Jackals, An Object Of Horror And Something To Whistle At, Without An Inhabitant.

Iraq is a plain country with many rivers running from north to south and surrounded by deserts and mountains. It was the center of civilization in the Middle East. The first civilization in history: Sumer, Babylon, and Assyria. It was the capital of the Persian Empire, the capital of the Babylonian and Assyrian Empires, the capital of the Macedonian Seleucid Empire, and the capital of the Abbasid Empire in its golden age (Baghdad). The largest cities in the world were in Iraq. Therefore, since ancient times, many people from the Arab, Persian, and Anatolian deserts and mountains have come to live there because it is very, very rich in water and its land is very fertile. (I discovered agriculture in Iraq, Mesopotamia) Therefore, from ancient times, there was a mixture of Semitic populations. The Babylonians, Assyrians, Arabs, and Jews were cousins! The population today speaks the Iraqi dialect, which is mainly Arabic with a mixture of Persian, Turkish, Babylonian, Assyrian and Sumerian words. Iraqi Christians are descended from the Assyrians and Babylonians. They speak the Semitic Aramaic language, and the Sabians. The Mandaeans (a unified religion of God that is older than the Jews) speak the Semitic Mandaean language. These people are directly descended from the ancestors of Babylon. Iraqi Arabs, many of them Arabists, changed their language to Arabic during Baghdad's rule of the Islamic world from Spain to India in the golden age of Islam and Iraq.

Basically I'm in all of ancient sites especially those who brought structures to human society. Babylons influences still exist today with laws, writing, language, architecture, and Religion, all attributed to being the beginning of it all. This city should be humans holy shrine to society. Salute my ancestors thankyou for everything we have today. عقلي هو بلدي ولكن طاقتي من كل شيء. شكر روح الكون العظيمة وأثني على حياتي في الاحترام.

Iraq is a country well known for its great history and civilization. Iraq was the first to legislate laws in human history, as well as the first to invent writing. Iraq is considered the land of prophets and messengers and the home of Prophet Abraham. I hope to pay attention to its antiquities and properly excavate them, and I assure you that Iraq will be the first country in the world in terms of tourism. Note: Can you imagine that the percentage of antiquities discovered in Iraq does not exceed 10%?
