2020 Marks my 50th year of bowhunting. I have hunted in my home state of Missouri plus Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota and Georgia. I don't say this to glorify myself. I say this to make the point for reference when I say that this bow hunt is by far the most impressive hunt I have ever witnessed in real life or on video. To stay in contact with a big buck for two days and make the moves that you did to make this happen is beyond words. Congratulations Aaron on not only a tremendous buck but more importantly on an epic hunt. Well done.

@@scottrose7728 well you're obviously not a bow hunter. 10 yards and you're on the ground in the open, you're taking that shot. And when you see that hit, you too are going to take off over the ridge to see where it goes. Quartering to shots aren't bad. The problem with them is that people aim where they practice on foam targets and not at the heart or lungs, so you end up with a bunch of single lung/ liver or gut shot deer. Warb is an outstanding deer hunter. I was taught to hunt by a 60 year old man who did it all his life. And it's a lot like how warb does it. I'd love to see a episode with his mentor. I've tried to take new hunters with me and they act like I'm crazy for taking all the time and steps it takes to have success.
Another top notch video, congrats on a giant buck from the ground Warb! Gooch's knees were doing the whitetail wiggle! Love the excitement guys, keep it up!!!
I can’t imagine how proud Zach is for Aaron. These decisions to move on deer and think outside of the box have given me confidence to do what it takes to make things happen. Win some , loose some. But having the confidence to try will leave me with less regret. I would have sat in that tree and got winded by that buck.. never even thinking to do what Aaron did. Thanks for the content guys.
This is the third time I’ve watched this video, if you watch the deer’s body language he never flicks his ears toward the sound, he keeps on going about his business. I am not trying to start an argument but that buck didn’t hear a thing.
Great episode. Great encounter. Glad to see you all still get so excited and haven't gone numb. So many hunts I watch from people that kill big deer every year they seem to fake the excitement. Probably because they hunt land that they can monitor 24/7 and probably have pretty much trained the deer on their high dollar properties. As much as I'd love to own a deer paradise, the excitement will never match public land. No bait, no behind the scenes trickery. Happy for you brother, you earned it and I can feel the pride and excitement through the TV. Can't fake that 👍

I always go back and rewatch your old videos for tips and filming techniques. This is definitely one of the best shot videos y'all have ever done. Absolutely beautiful look and an amazing buck. Good job Warb!
Gooch is every deer hunter ‘s reaction... straight trimmers lol
That was some serious under pressure thinking! Great job Warb and Gooch. And of course, as always, solid work on that b roll Greg!
Man I gotta say that was the best footage I've seen in a long time. Shoot my adrenaline was pumping. Great job guys👍
Good evening again y'all. Liking before I watch because I know it's going to be a good one
Another top notch video, congrats on a giant buck from the ground Warb! Gooch's knees were doing the whitetail wiggle! Love the excitement guys, keep it up!!!
Strickland sales 📉
Cutthroat sales 📈
Hilarious but true...
Lol right?
The proofs in the pudding
I shoot the head Aaron shoots and I can vouch, very durable and if you put the time in they get insanely sharp! Like scary sharp!
I think Cuthroat sales just doubled.
Warb, that was awesome!!! Congrats on a fantastic deer! Gooch you are doin a great job just awesome! Keep up the great videos!
Congrats! Would love to see the skinning video of that buck
Shot, no shot...hit or miss...find or don't find...by far and hands down the best content around.
Iowa deer “Well, Warb’s in the woods, and he’s killed an elk. Might as well just walk up and surrender. I hope he makes it quick.”
First comment under this thread to make me laugh. Kudos to you! haha
True.
That buck heard every bit of you. He acknowledged it the first time you blew louder. He just didn’t care, just like most mature bucks don’t.
Can't fake that 👍
Can’t wait to see what you guys can do in PA
Depends on where they go. Tons of deer around me.
Agreed....should take bets on what part of state they'll be hunting....there's A PILE of public here in PA...but there's also the most hunters and we're not exactly a "booner" state...but killers kill
@@johnnyjarrett8166 Amen. Im spoiled in Western PA but I also put the work in so I never feel too lucky about my success. Blessed but not lucky. Haha. Killers do indeed kill.
I’m up in NE Pa at the moment. Deer everywhere! They call them lawn carp bc there’s so many, literally just hang out in ppls yards. Bunch of big bucks too.
@@Herbgrundy Where in NE Pa?
Listen listen listen😂 as warbs breathing so hard😂😂 love watching throwback videos to get pumped for season
Holy ____ dude, eh, I mean, wow that's a nice one Warb! Great pic also! Congrats !!!
I just scored on a huge Blacktail in Northern California. I was alone and this is the first time I had to cut a buck in half just to get him in the truck!
Keep doin that thing you guys do so well. I wonder who's next?
One of the best hunts I’ve seen these guys do. I’ve been watching Aaron and Zach grind public land since the days at MW Whitetail. Well deserved buck boys!
This here my friends is why you shoot plan B arrows aka "adult arrows"! Congratulations Arron!
Ya I guess u didn't see where your plan b arrow cost jake that buck in his last video. Put his 20 yard pin on it and the deer was alot closer so with such a heavy arrow he hit high.
Geez another fairy, who knew so many bowhunted.
@ #adultarrows
@@mikeharryhunt1709 cheap heads. Oh sorry affordable heads. Did you watch the episode?
@@twigsangling jake put his 20 yard pin on it. It was closer then 20 yards so he hit high. He even says "he should have aimed little low". If he wasn't shooting a ridiculously heavy arrow he wouldnt have hit high. My arrow is 420 grains and I hit in the same place with my 20 yard pin from like 23 and in. I just think it's funny how everyone wants to point out when a mech head and light set up fail but I have seen a few fails caused by heavy arrows and traditional type heads and I read the comments and see nothing. So it's nothing against u it's just irritating
Congratulations Warb, Gooch. Y'all are the best, bar none. THP!
Pressure from other Deer hunters make big bucks go nocturnal. But pressure from Aaron makes big buck go "petting zoo"...
This is the best example of heavy arrow and cut on contact broadhead. This is one of the best videos I have ever seen. Keep up the great work work. You guys are the best.
Everyone knows when you decide to climb down a tree that's when the deer come. ... but this buck didn't know who was climbing down the tree and didn't read the end of the "script".
Amazing hunt guys! That is an incredible buck and a trophy of a lifetime! Congrats Warb and great filming Gooch! Absolutely loved watching every minute of this episode
Awesome video! Just got some THP merch in the mail this week. If you all haven’t gotten any I would recommend you order some goods! Great products and shipped within a couple days to south fla. Thank you THP! 👍🏼👍🏼
17:31 don't know why but that emergency cough drop cracked me up. You guys are legends.
I can’t believe you brought a kazoo into your Treestand 😂
He was blowing that thing so loud I thought it was my wife snoring, haha!
Awesome and intense hunt. Congrats. Lucky Gooches camo knit hat is the lucky charm. Warb, a fine mature buck. Congrats again. Keep videos coming and Gooches turn now.
That had my hear rate up. Can't imagine what's y'all's were! Lol straight killers 😎
That was awesome! I'm loving the new style of filming and editing going on this year, still keeping it real but taking us along on more of the trip.
Gooch is my favorite guy ever, he reminds me what is all about every time he goes to shaking, I go get my wife so she can she the shakes, she's never been a part of the disease that is deer hunting, so she doesn't understand it, but one day she will.
Y'all keep up the great work!
I was litteraly looking at the face book post! And also what back pack is Arron runnin?? I’m looking for a new one and would love to know
Looks like a badlands
I got 2 badlands and hate them both
Looks like a alps outdoorz to me. Saw the big x on the back. Probably the contender x or crossfire x.
WOW!!!! What a great show, best ever deer hunt I have ever seen. So authentic, and so bold. You rock guys, Congrats!
Thumbs up before I watch
I could watch this episode over and over again. Congrats!!!
Plan B arrow for the win! Shooting the Cutthroat 200 grain myself.
Yep 2:22 am I’m up in Kansas watching my favorite deer guys ! I’m eyes wide open on every hunt you guys do.
