Just to add to the Boateng case: Right now he is NOT guilty. He was proven guilty 2 times but the case was reopend because of procedural errors.
That said i hope he doesn't get to sign with Bayern for obvious reasons.
Niran, the Fernando Diniz story is not true. He only manages Fluminense - who yesterday secured their spot in the Libertadores final with an epic win against Internacional in the dying embers of the game - and the Brazilian national team.

That news about Fernando Diniz managing Flamengo is hoax. There can't be one manager who coached 3 teams at the same time. A manager can only coach both club and national team during the same period, just as Guus Hiddink did twice in his career. Hiddink led the Australia to the 2006 World Cup after a historic win over Uruguay in the playoffs, while he was still at PSV Eindhoven (he left the club at the same time Socceroos was preparing for the tournament). Hiddink also became Chelsea manager on his interim period after Luis Felipe Scolari was sacked in mid-season of 2008-09, while he was still managing Russia national football team (he led this team to Euro 2008 semifinal several months earlier, but failed to play in 2010 World Cup after a controversial loss to Slovenia in playoffs).
For the case of Diniz, he was appointed as Brazil national football team manager on his interim period because the next permanent manager, Carlo Ancelotti, had to wait until his tenure as Real Madrid manager finished at the end of this season.
Also, you didn't mention about the 2030 World Cup, which is expected to be staged in 6 different countries of 3 different continents.
