yes! Matt you've done it again. it's 11:15 pm Friday night.. and i've been tearing my hair out trying to get this thing to work in time for flying tomorrow morning. you've saved the day dude a big THANK YOU from the US!
I watched almost 3 hours of videos trying to find the answer to this same problem and I gave up. The next day I opened RUclips and right there at the top of my suggestions, this video. (Angels singing) AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! Thanks for the video. And thanks RUclips for knowing I needed this specific video.
O.M.F.G.! Thanks so much!!!!!!!! I spent weeks trying to figure this out thinking I wasn't configuring UARTs properly for my first build. I shelved and instantly had a betaflight F4 FC working so at least I knew I was doing something right. I bought some non-Banggood Omnibus F4 Pro boards and I had the same issue for the past 3 hours....thanks so much man! Instant subscribed.
HO HE JEEEES You sir are an absolute legend. Thank so so much for taking the time to work all this out, explain the exact order and steps then the next 30 mins recording this. This has saved me literally hours of stress trying to work this out, works perfectly now. Thank you so much !
Thanks for saving the day again. I was recycling this flight controller for a new frame and thought it was all good to go but apparently I hadn't use the SBUS the lat time I flew this board. Cheers
Send me a picture of the full board if you want by mail (alexandre.coleno@gmail.com), I'll have a look at it. Did you buy the FC on Banggood ? What is the exact reference of the FC ? Cheers
This will not work with all receivers. I spend hours trying to get it to work, but no, didn't work for me. See, reason was, unknown to me at the time, I was trying to connect a "none inverted" receiver, what ever that means, to the F4, and it won't work. So now, I have to get "inverter cable" to get it to work. Frustration all the same. Thanks for what you are doing.
Nice one Matt, I've got fingers and toes crossed for success with this venture.. I want to fit out some severely space limited micro semi long range fpv wings and planes with gps/osd, currently using bigaole on one and skylark tiny III on another, as good as BGL is, it's just too bare bones without osd, as good as skylark is, it's just too risky without RTH, Both together and I may as well have another Vector, but $$$. Cheers, and good luck!
Really good tip! In my case it's soldered, the receiver tab works as it should, but servos and motor aren't... Sounds like the motor is ready but nothing moves. :/
Are you by chance using an FrSky Reciever? If so did you have to do the inversion mod in order to get telemetry? I saw Betaflight 3.1.7 now has telemetry inversion built in but not sure what this means to the Omnibus setup. Thanks in advance!
Howdy Adam, I am but the only telem I am using is on the OSD as I'm typically using a L9R receiver which doesn;t have telem. Hope that makes sense! Matt
Hey did you ever figure out if you needed to do the inversion mod to get telemetry working? I just got this board and the XSR, not quite sure how to get the telemetry working
Hi mat.. Im using omnibus pro F4 V2. Why my sbus is not working? I connected sbus port from the receiver to the sbus port on the fc. Then connect the fc to computer using usb cable. ( i didnt solder the vbatt yet on the fc ) But why my receiver is not turn on? Take a look on inav configurator, On receiver tab. Im trying to move the aileron, but it doesnt affect at all. It seems the sbus is not working
Thanks man, but on my board Sbus jumper has connectivity with the middle pad even when not soldered. I tried both soldered and unsoldered and no luck, the receiver is not working on this board (tested the receiver and it's ok). I guess the RX1 port is just dead.
I am still struggling. I have V2 board, not V3. And the V2 board does not have the jumper pad. Instead it has 2 resistors. Don't know what to do with the 2 resistors.
Hello Matt. I know this video is a bit dated, but I am trying to figure out this issue. I have an FrSky R-XSR Ultra Mini receiver (SBUS) and I looked at the Omnibus board where you indicate I should solder the two, tiny tiny, pads together. Only problem is, there is a component there, a tiny little resistor. I fear I might have a non-inverted receiver, as Midnight Mike did below. I have the schematic to build an inverter cable, but need a couple of components.
I have Omnibus F4 V2, already connect to Sbus... receiver tab on config show everythings fine but, there's no servo movement??? Every channel slider move as the stick move... but servo not make movement at all... wiring was correct (i use SP Racing F3 before, and this case i only exchange the FC)... Any suggestion?
Hi Matt I have given up trying to connect SBUS and GPS on the F4Pro V2 board because it hasnt got the solder pad option I'm going to try the F4 V3board - who are the best supplier Do you have any guidance on connections - for example where does the GPS connect? regards Hans
Thanks so much, I was so frustrated for 2 day's. Is this a common thing that has to be done on boards all the time in everybody knows about it besides me? Thanks Rick
Hi, Matt. I need a help. My copter remains motionless even if I arm it and unplug USB cable, it stand on horisontal surface. There is no any reaction on Throttle stick on motors, motors still stopped. I tryed to switch Arming in both positions, betaflight shows arming but copter remains motionless. Explain please what should I do to spin up props from radio (I am using Taranis Q X7 with OpenTX, FC: Omnibus F4 V3
Hi I am short of uarts on my Mamba fc. I had the uart 1 as serial for sbus and the other 2 are taken up by the GPS and Caddx Vista, Can i make the ppm or the sbus as a uart? I need this as I am now going to use an elrs receiver
Hi Matt I'm enjoying the build - great videos I was getting on nicely until I got to this stage - cant get an SBUS stick response with the F4 Pro v2 board and X6R Everything is working as it should, ie RX bound, TX giving bars on the simple 4 channels, green and blue lights on board Then I remembered this video about the PPM/SBUS pads! I notice that there are also 3 similar pads on the V2 board - there appears to be a tiny bridge across the centre and top pad - is this the correct setting for SBUS ?
Got an issue with a v3, its wont connect to spektrun serial smp 4648, and it throws the receiver into bing mode twice. I bind it, set the spek sbus on inav at any resolution, no control input. It shows bound, and after i disconnect power it also forgets the bind. Tried different fc and receiver works. But not with f4 fc v3.
Thank you, this helped a lot. I had another issue with the sbus which is that I had to enable RXSERIAL on UART6 instead of UART1 to make it work. Because the GPS is on UART6 I had to use PPM to make both work. I found only one thread on a forum from a guy who had the same problem. It´s the cheapest F4 V3 from ebay I should mention. Did you have heard about that? Any advice what to look for when buying a F4?
Howdy I really don't know there are so many boards out there now and frankly speaking, the Matek F7 is the only one I have been using recently with iNav on it and actually I've just swapped that model over to using a Vector instead. Matt
Hi Matt , great vids on these boards and iNAV . I went for the Omnibus F3 board and had a problem with the Sbus Rx too . Didn't realise that in the Ports tab you had to put the Rx on the UART 3 line (didn't have to do the solder link though . ) I have an Oled display connected to the board it shows sats , Vbat , lat long , Could be useful if flying LOS and wondering why it won't arm .
Yes 1.7.0 just used SCL, SDA , AND 5V , 0V . I did have an ESC powering the board , Not connected the RAM power jumper to any thing. Just USB and the ESC . Set it ON in the config tab .
Thank you very usefull, what is the connection for a Blheli32 4in1esc Harnas pleas ? For the Omnibus F4 v3 Pro clone version: i going to use a ubec 5v or mini step down regulator to powering only to my new board, it can't handle 4s battery and i dont waint to risk it. reason: i have burned 2 clone boards it hase some cheaper hardware quality
Hi Matt got OMNIBUS F4 PRO FLIGHT CONTROLLER WITH OSD & CURRENT SENSOR V2 using ppm works from receiver to flight board but got no joy from board to motor or servos there nothing happen at all is there any pins on this board soldering really stuck.
Driving me up the wall too, can get it to work with PPM using the jumpers but cant get Sbus to work even with the jumpers, using a Micro crossfire rx v2 chucking out sbus protocol so may be an issue with that. Tried all the UARTS no joy... Grrrrr
Hally FPV isnt there a config option on the crossfire to send the sbus signal inverted or non-inverted? Maybe the default is non inverted, and the uart1 receiver pads have an inverter, so perhaps setting it to inverted would work there? Seems now the best thing would be to use the crsf protocol (super fast/ low latency) on any other uart where you can use the 5v, gnd, tx and rx solder pads to connect to the micro v2!!!?
Hi Matt, if I use SBUS and GPS with mag are there all Uarts busy? I'd like to get my HOTT-telemetry working on a Uart but I think there is non left? I use the Beitian BN-880 GPS just for info.
Matt! I have a serious problem. Have connected my L9R reveiver and followed your steps, and Inav sees all my stick movements etc, yet the PWM outputs are doing nothing. Not the motor nor the servos. I have checked, they all have 5V (from the BEC on J17, the connector from the ESC). Also, the board does not beep or anything on startup. Is that normal or is my board faulty (Omnibus F4 Pro). Cheers, Jan
RagTheNutsOff Hi Matt! Thanks for your reply. Could you please point me to the video? I have been watching your videos and trying to find the fault for 2 evenings now :'( I do have SBUS connnected properly.
Hi Matthew :) Interesting since the Omnibus F4 Pro V2 did not have this pad to solder! I oldered two Omnibus F4 Pro V3, you saved me a lot of troubles here! What's the hype with Inav? Is it working that great? Thanks for sharing and enjoy the rest of your week
Howdy fella, happy days I'm glad thats going to save you some frustration. iNav, CleanFlight & BetaFlight don't support GPS functions or fixed wings particular that well, so iNav adds in support for wings & normal planes, plus has GPS features too. Hopefully it works this time as my first attempts went south, literally! Matt
On my board it was already soldered to Sbus but I still get no signal in betaflight. UART6 set and configuration on SBUS. Using a RX-SBUS from Walkera to connect to my Devo7. Any further ideas what I can do?
089recorded hey I hope you can help. I have the same RX and same TX as you and of course I have the same problem on betaflight. Can you please please please tell me if you got it fixed. It's been driving me mad now for 2 days! Thanks.
Hi Matt. I love your channels. Currently, I have a problem connecting the receiver (HK-TR6A V2). I tried everything that you instructed to do to fix it, but it didn't work. Is that possible that my receiver does not support S-BUS system? (I researched a lot for my receiver, but I couldn't get much information, since it was a cheap product.)
Ok, we got it to connect the RC receiver and flight controller with the PPM connection. However, the receiver is not communicating to the ESC and motors. When we test the receiver with the transmitter and motors individually from INAV GUI, everything works perfectly. Could you give us some advice for what we can do to resolve this issue?
Sry, I was referring to the F4, not the F3. The F3 DOES FrSky SBUS very well (using one myself), but as far as I know, the F4 can't handle inverted SBUS input. If so, it's a total bummer 😣
Hi guys, I have been studying this quite a bit getting ready for a couple wing builds, and I have come to understand that this f4 board has an inverter on the uart1 (those dedicated sbus/ppm receiver pads in the top right), but that all the other uarts are non inverted... Not sure if that is totally right but logic seems to say that is the case...
Im having the same pronlem with an F4 pro - just cant get any power to the radio. Ive set it up in Betaflight correctly. Anyone help me out - there is no pad to solder like i this video
Can anyone help me out. I have the same set up with the f4 v3 and XSR receiver. I read somewhere that the smart port needs to go to UART 6 in order to get telemetry working. is that the 6 pin connector labeled J10?
Do you by any chance have your GPS or BT module connected to UART6. If so, that might be the reason you can't get SBUS to work. I had the same problem. You'd need to move these devices to a vacant UART.
yeah, my technology is a little behind the times. Ordered some ppm receivers and 1 sbus receiver. I worry about the idea of sbus because it takes you down the road of more expensive equipment in an non-mature technology. I'll give it try, tho!
Could you help me with a Wolfwhoop f4 omnibus v2 i think , the dsm will not power up. It has the dsm pads , soldered to them but get no power, checked with voltage meter it reads the proper volts . help lol
Howdy fella, yes it can. Most of these boards have pins for buzzers. BUT keep the buzzer well away from the GPS unit or your main board because they have magnets in them and will give you false readings! Matt
Hi matt all working on tabs found out it will not arm motor😣 at all. Go to air mode and others get them to arm okay but no joy for arming motor any idea.
this video helped me out alot thanks..... i have only 1 more issue with this board that i hope you can shed some light on for me ?? i cannot get my gps to work in uart6 (j10) when i plug a reciever into j7 but have got it (gps) to work in uart1 via j5 the 4 pin plug on the other side of the board. but this is the uart for the serial receiver so in ports i can only use either gps or receiver not both together. i am under the impression that there is a conflict with uart6 gps (j10) when you plug in a reciever to j7 ??? i have heard of this problem on f4 pro v2.1 but slightly different as i think uarts were assigned differently allowing use of all 3 uarts in this way? ps the gps worked fine in j10 until a reciever is plugged into j7 the gps icon goes red and hardware health is unchecked in setup tab...... i am tearing my hair out can you point me in the right direction with this at all?
@@RagTheNutsOff thanks anyway for taking the time to reply. I have learned loads from your videos already and thank you for sharing what you know in plain English.. 👍
all right there my friend I have an omnibus f4 v3 and I have a frsky x4rs receiver and I have tried that and still does not work any ideas coz it is driving me mental lol toke soon I hope
This board is built into the eachine wizard x220s which is a popular quad for new hobbyists, so i figured i could find a straight answer. I guess everyone is buying the RTF version cuz I've been stuck trying to get my frsky x-rsr to work for seemingly decades. I soldered the pads as I had seen here and previously seen in some italian guy's video showing how to solder on the frsky receiver (thank goodness he had subtitles). I managed to somehow get the receiver to bind with RSSI signal response and everything. Still couldn't get it to move in betaflight. Turns out i had the wrong firmware flashed and i had to pick OMNIBUSF4SD rather than just OMNIBUSF4. was this the solution? of course not. I'm at least to the point where all my firmware is updated on the receiver, the transmitter, and the FC. The main issue now is that no matter what firmware I flash, I will save the port setting with UART6 checked using the smartport protocol and it will just reboot with the port deactivated as if i never touched it. This was of course before reading about the f.port protocol. But the f.port protocol won't show up no matter what FW i flash onto my receiver. UGHHHH!!! And let me tell you, this is my very first quad, and after hours upon hours of research plus learning to solder, i'm seriously regretting not just settling for the RTF version (with the less than ideal transmitter). I read about some kind of port inversion issue with the newer SBUS receiver, but apparently none of it is necessary with the new f.port protocol if i could just get THAT to show up. My only other suspected issue is that my solder blob was a bit too big and touching the PPM pad but i think i can just make out a tiny bit of silicon between the two top pads. Sorry for the long winded comment, I just think a lot of people are going to have to deal with this if they buy an ARF wizard from amazon like my dumbass did. I don't want to have to go back in with the solder iron unless totally necessary.
I have the V5... same $ problem but I don't have that jumper... anyone has any clue of how to solve this issue with V5? what a waste of time this board is
Spent all Fn weekend trying to get the omnibus to talk to my rsx with no success until i seen your video. Happy Fn days. Thank you
So now that sbus is uart1 is uart1 now uart6?
Man, you really saved my bacon. 3 days I spent tried to figure out if it was my soldering or cable skills. So simple...
Man...searched for hours on my bench to find the error.
Your video helped me out!!!
Thank's a lot!!!
It is easy to see your a good teacher. Easily understood, and clear directions. Nice one! Good stuff to know. -Jamie
Howdy Jamie, thank you :) Matt
Matt, thank you for this video, I have spent the past two days trying to figure this minor head scratching problem out! As always great job!
Happy days Felix :)
O.M.F.G.! Thanks so much!!!!!!!! I spent weeks trying to figure this out thinking I wasn't configuring UARTs properly for my first build. Yooooooo!!!! Big thumbs up bro! Been fighting this fight for the last 3 hours! Thank you for such QUICK and accurate information.
You also saved me, i was also going crazy. Keep up the good work!
Thanks for saving my an absolute headache mate. Great video!
3 hours, I have spent trying to do this, thanks so much!
Saved me a hassle. Glad i searched youtube first. Many thanks!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! i spent two days trying to solve, figure out what you have shown me, thanks a MILLION!!!!!!!!!!!!
#HappyDays!
I love you man. This gave me a big please head ache last night.
thanks Matt that could stop insanity
Hey Phil, glad it helped! Matt
Thank you so much Matthew ! Your tip helped me clearing the issue on my Omnibus F4 Pro V2 !!
Alexandre Coleno i have the same issue with v2. How did u fix? Cheers
Same way as Matt does in the video: Solder the 2 pads (center one + sbus one)
Mines not the pro so those pads arent there, or labelled anywhere...
Send me a picture of the full board if you want by mail (alexandre.coleno@gmail.com), I'll have a look at it. Did you buy the FC on Banggood ? What is the exact reference of the FC ? Cheers
Once again you saved me Matt!! Thanks thanks thanks!

Awesome video, just like every others.
This saved me much more than 30mn !
i couldn't take you enough !
Such a great video save my day on such painful FC
Thank you ! Just fixed issue after 3 days of fighting with this FC :)
Thank You So Much!!!!! Spent at least 8 hours trying to figure this out. 👍👍👍👍👍

Hi mat.. Im using omnibus pro F4 V2.
Why my sbus is not working?
I connected sbus port from the receiver to the sbus port on the fc.
Then connect the fc to computer using usb cable.
( i didnt solder the vbatt yet on the fc )
But why my receiver is not turn on?
Take a look on inav configurator,
On receiver tab.
Im trying to move the aileron, but it doesnt affect at all.
It seems the sbus is not working
Hey Rian, see the FB group! Matt
I been watching you videos, and they are amaizing.
Thanks! 👍
You the real MVP. Thanks for the vid!
Nice video! How ca i wire an ibus reciver??
Howdy, I have no idea aim afraid. Matt
Thanks man, but on my board Sbus jumper has connectivity with the middle pad even when not soldered. I tried both soldered and unsoldered and no luck, the receiver is not working on this board (tested the receiver and it's ok). I guess the RX1 port is just dead.

hi! I have the same FC but the I can't activate the barometer, from configuration form it is swtched to ON but stil not work!
Howdy fella, ah you'll need to contact where you bought that board from as it sounds like it's broken, Matt
all right my friend sorted thanks mat all the best
Hi, ive done as you said and im still not getting any stick response im using the f4 pro v3 oh and my camera wont display a signal
I have Omnibus F4 V2, already connect to Sbus... receiver tab on config show everythings fine but, there's no servo movement???

Hi Matt
I have given up trying to connect SBUS and GPS on the F4Pro V2 board because it hasnt got the solder pad option
I'm going to try the F4 V3board - who are the best supplier
Do you have any guidance on connections - for example where does the GPS connect?
regards
Hans
I have a f4 v3 and it did not want to work for me
YOU ABSOLUTELY ROCK!!! Thank you so much!!!
I'm glad the video helped you :) Matt
Thank you so much. Definitely saved my day.
Explain please what should I do to spin up props from radio (I am using Taranis Q X7 with OpenTX, FC: Omnibus F4 V3
Thanks bro. I am fixing for long time
Thought this is just what i need, but i still have a rx failsafe msp error.
Sorted it. Uart 6 seems to have an inverter or something else that doesn't like my FS-IA6B. Putting the signal wire on RX3-Uart3 solved my problem.
Now Windows ten puts it in as a wheel and yaw and throttle are screwed as well as Zrotation.
Hi
I am short of uarts on my Mamba fc. I had the uart 1 as serial for sbus and the other 2 are taken up by the GPS and Caddx Vista, Can i make the ppm or the sbus as a uart? I need this as I am now going to use an elrs receiver

Howdy Hans, I frankly have no idea, check with where you bought the board for the exact pinout, Matt
So , I use PPM i have to solder the PPM pad to the middle one ? trying to get ppm to work forever without luck ... Thank you
Your a bloody genius , big thanks what a useful vid.
You helped me! Thanks!
Tried your soldering trick too. Tried switching uarts. Still same issue it wont register control inputs. Brand spanking new from baggood.
I might try to solder the signal cable to the sbus port, due the spektrum operates only 3.3v.
Thank you, this helped a lot. I had another issue with the sbus which is that I had to enable RXSERIAL on UART6 instead of UART1 to make it work. wow wow wow! it's an F4 (non pro) FC on screenshot. But how about a pro version with the same problem?
Howdy fella, no idea at all. Matt

Cheers, Jan
Morning, see the series i did on Inav, the board is not arming for a reason. Matt
RagTheNutsOff Hi Matt! Thanks for your reply. Could you please point me to the video? I have been watching your videos and trying to find the fault for 2 evenings now :'( I do have SBUS connnected properly.
Do I have to calibrate the accelerometer in order to get the board to arm? Thanks!
c-c-can I give you a hug?
Hey Luca, that get it sorted for you then? 😁
Hi Matthew :)
Interesting since the Omnibus F4 Pro V2 did not have this pad to solder!
Thanks.
Unfortunately i tried this already with my xm+ and i still have no input :((
Howdy fella, I have absolutely no idea on that receiver,. Matt
Is it true that Omnibus F3 is not capable of handling inverted SBUS, so you can't use a FrSky XM+ receiver with it?
Howdy Mike, the F3 board I was using took SBUS, I can't vouch for others though, Matt (note this video is about a F4 Pro V3 board)
Sry, I was referring to the F4, not the F3. The F3 DOES FrSky SBUS very well (using one myself), but as far as I know, the F4 can't handle inverted SBUS input. If so, it's a total bummer 😣
Howdy Mike, I use all my F4's with FrSky SBUS and they work fine, V2 & V3's, Matt
Sound great, good to know - thanks!
Still no luck, i soldered the ppm pad instead of the sbus, think i might have a faulty board
Howdy Ewalt, ewwww sorry to hear that, Matt
Can i measure the ppm output from my receiver with a multimeter ? just to make sure its not the receiver itself .. Thanks
Im having the same pronlem with an F4 pro - just cant get any power to the radio. Ive set it up in Betaflight correctly. Anyone help me out - there is no pad to solder like i this video
thank you so much. i have alteady spent far more than 30 min on this one
What about the v4 pro v2 how do u connect ibus ??
Howdy Fella, I have no idea on ibus. You'll need to have a read of the inav wiki and see if it's even supported, Matt
Just so you know I case anyone else asks it workedhowyou showed
Thank you Matthew, finally works with me everything thanks dir.Top further so.Best Regards
YAY! I'm glad that helped you Michael.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I even wasted money buying a new xsr
Howdy Michael, happy days on getting that working. I know it drove me nuts when I had that issue. Matt
nice one matt
why do they not put this SMALL instruction in the f.ing instructions ???
I know Kevin, annoying eh?
Can anyone help me out. I have the same set up with the f4 v3 and XSR receiver. I read somewhere that the smart port needs to go to UART 6 in order to get telemetry working. is that the 6 pin connector labeled J10?
Howdy Chaz, I'm really not sure. Check with the place you board the board from and the firmware that you're putting on the board as well. Matt
I did exactly what you said, still not working to me...
Howdy fella, sorry to hear that. The best place will be to contact the retailer where it was purchased from for help, Matt
Had same problem. Changed RX to UART 6 in Betaflight and works fine. Hope this help.
Do you by any chance have your GPS or BT module connected to UART6. If so, that might be the reason you can't get SBUS to work. I had the same problem. You'd need to move these devices to a vacant UART.
I notice you have not selected a port for GPS, any ideas how you get GPS on the v3 board?
Be praised!
Howdy Daniel, worked for you too? :)
what if you don't have an sbus receiver? what if it's pwm -- orange rx dsm2?
Howdy fella, thats easy, these boards do not accept PWM inputs. As for Orange, no idea fella, I don't use that kit, Matt
yeah, my technology is a little behind the times. Ordered some ppm receivers and 1 sbus receiver. I worry about the idea of sbus because it takes you down the road of more expensive equipment in an non-mature technology. I'll give it try, tho!
Thanks bro you solve my problem
Could you help me with a Wolfwhoop f4 omnibus v2 i think , the dsm will not power up. It has the dsm pads , soldered to them but get no power, checked with voltage meter it reads the proper volts . help lol
Howdy fella, I have no idea on that one. Contact the place where you got it from and ask for a schematic. Matt
RagTheNutsOff Thank You man , great channel bro subd!
You are the best!! Thanks
Can it support on board, ^^Buzzer Alarm Beeper^^ for lose model?
Howdy fella, yes it can. Most of these boards have pins for buzzers. BUT keep the buzzer well away from the GPS unit or your main board because they have magnets in them and will give you false readings! Matt
Matthew Ogborne thank you. I asked this to company airbot. They diddnt return to me. Im interessting on airbot omnibus F4 pro V3.
On my board bought on Ebay (clone) it needs UART6 enabled...
+Dave N.Gine Howdy Dave, I’m guessing that resolved it for you? Matt
Yup it did! Others seem to have ran into this too with clones. Is your genuine?
Howdy Dave, I have 2 genuine ones and loads of clones, they all work. Matt
Hi matt all working on tabs found out it will not arm motor😣 at all.
Go to air mode and others get them to arm okay but no joy for arming motor any idea.
Howdy Pete, if you're using iNav, see the dashboard/1st tab for why, another firmware, no idea. Matt
Hi im able to get sbus signal if i flash it to betaflight.. but not inav. What target do u use to flash this board?
muchas gracias, por tu video logré la conexión del ibus !
this video helped me out alot thanks..... i have only 1 more issue with this board that i hope you can shed some light on for me ??
i cannot get my gps to work in uart6 (j10) when i plug a reciever into j7 but have got it (gps) to work in uart1 via j5 the 4 pin plug on the other side of the board. but this is the uart for the serial receiver so in ports i can only use either gps or receiver not both together. i am under the impression that there is a conflict with uart6 gps (j10) when you plug in a reciever to j7 ???
i have heard of this problem on f4 pro v2.1 but slightly different as i think uarts were assigned differently allowing use of all 3 uarts in this way? ps the gps worked fine in j10 until a reciever is plugged into j7 the gps icon goes red and hardware health is unchecked in setup tab...... i am tearing my hair out can you point me in the right direction with this at all?
Morning fella, I have no idea on that one I'm afraid. Matt
@@RagTheNutsOff thanks anyway for taking the time to reply. I have learned loads from your videos already and thank you for sharing what you know in plain English.. 👍
what if you cant solder there any more cause those to little pad came off and there not there any more.
Hi Glen, not much to be honest. You could try and follow the track back to another point and solder there, but it'll be difficult. Matt
I see no more solder just board this it's done it worked fora second. But as I unsolder it . it was. All wipe out just one solder pad on top left
Thank you very much!
DOH... and what was the cog you used on the falcon
I think 29.5cm from the nose. It was nose heavy thats for sure :)
thanks hunny bun your the best lol sorry been at the hot glue again...
Dirty hot glue.... :P
all right there my friend I have an omnibus f4 v3 and I have a frsky x4rs receiver and I have tried that and still does not work any ideas coz it is driving me mental lol toke soon I hope
Hey Lee, no idea I'm afraid, maybe contact the place where you bought the board? Matt
thx, good video bro.
Thank you mate !
I have the V5... same $ problem but I don't have that jumper... anyone has any clue of how to solve this issue with V5? what a waste of time this board is
I have the version 5 as well, I'm having the exact same problems. Were you able to come up with a solution?
also after binding do you unsolder the pads?
Howdy, nope. The binding for receivers is separate for FrSky. That may differ for other kit though! Matt
