    Sir woh jo last mei pranayama tha jisme saas rok kar dheere dheere chorna tha ...usme actually meri saas bit by bit kar ke nikalta hai or nikalte samay fir Thora saas leta hai or fir nikalta hai ...isko kaise correct kare?... thankyou so much 🙏

      Agar aap 5 sec hold nahi kar pate hai to aap 2 sec ya 3 sec tak hold kar sakte hai . Dhire dhire practice ke sath retention badha sakte hai.
