You'll very likely have to make an appointment with a podiatrist. I don't think they sell these outside of podiatry clinics.

I live in San Diego and have developed Charcot after telling everyone for a year that my ankle and foot were killing me. Now three different doctors agree its Charcot, but none I mean none offer me any type of treatment. I would be willing to fly to see you for treatment. I am DESPERATE. Jeanne Marion
