Breakfast: Yogurt Parfaits
Strawberries, diced
Peaches, diced
Honey
Vanilla
Vanilla yogurt
granola
Into a large bowl, toss the fruits, honey and vanilla together. Let sit for 15 minutes. To assemble: place granola, fruits then yogurt. Repeat to the top of cup.
Dinner: Slow Cooker Chicken Adobo
4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
4 drumsticks
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
1-2 tablespoons brown sugar or kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 onion, sliced
6 garlic cloves
3 bay leaves
Add some oil into a skillet or the searing setting on your slow cooker. Once hot sear until brown for about 4-5 minutes on each side. It may talke a little longer if you are using your slow cooker searing setting. In the meantime, whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and black pepper. Pour sauce over the chicken, then the onion, garlic and bay leaves. Set on slow cook for 8 hours. Served with rice and garnish with green onion

Chicken tenders and fries
Snacks and Dessert:
Smoked turkey leg
Flavored lemonade
Rainbow dippin' dots
Funnel cake with vanilla ice cream, powdered sugar, whipped cream and strawberry sauce in the middle
