Hi I have terrible pain in my lower back & left leg after MRI found out disc, prolapse on L5S1 the pain is unbearable while sitting standing & walking, even after 5 mins walking I get unconscious, I go to chiropractor she just give me massage which doesn’t relief my pain, really need help if u could help me wil be thankful 🙏

Number 3 exercise for lower back strengthening, if you do more then big tight, then you can skip it.

Yes, not all exercise work for everybody, sometimes u have to adjust and take an exercise which is doing good for your body. Plz see a sport doctor specialising in spine; u will get the best advise. (I have visited almost 4 doctors and finally found a doctor who is treating me which is helping me)

Bhai 5 din mein kuch nahi hota. You will need to do exercises for at least one month to see some improvement. But for some people exercises can make pain worse. So please consult your doctor or expert physiotherapist who is specialised in treating disc bulges and herniations before performing any kind of exercise.
