Learning the mace and enjoying the new challenge, it just feels good to move

This is a sweet idea for a workout. I've been working on integrating mace and clubs with the kettlebells.

I don't have a mace would kettlebell halo 10 to 2 be a good substitute? Thanks again, love the content you put out.

Not really sure if it would be the best to do. The spacing with kettlebells isn't the same as it is with the mace hence it might be good for Mobility with a kettlebell but not for this sort of endurance

Better to use a sledgehammer 👍

    Hey, Joe!
If you're interested in mace work (or Indian club-bells) why don't you check out Mark Wildman's channel? I dunno if you've heard of him or not, but he's *AWESOME* !!!
He's been doing KB, mace & club bells for ages, it seems, and been teaching these systematically for ~2+ years now (at least on YT).
    Do check him out!
    Thanks & cheers!

Why are you wearing a mask in your own house alone? C’mon man!

Vid was a year ago. A family member has blood cancer I’d rather them not get sick from something that didn’t inconvenience me. Not my house but my public training center. I film what I do not others training. Ps who cares?
