Small boats are merely a symptom of a much bigger problem. The top priority is securing our border and stopping immigration by whatever means of entry.
The problem the U.K. face is that there is no incentive for the Tories to win. As we live in a 2 party system the Tories know they will be out but it’s only a matter of time before they get back in. Individual MP’s don’t matter, there is never a shortage of politicians. The party will obviously survive and they know it The only thing that will shake them is the arrival of another political party
For those with longer memories, the nearest parallel would seem to be 1974 - two uninspiring leaders (Heath and Wilson), presiding over a failing consensus, appealing to a weary electorate in a country that was lying on its back. Fifty years on we're in much the same state albeit with different policy issues. At least we had a stable population back then even if they couldn't keep the lights on.
I can relate to that! I left school in 1974 and started nursing. The money was shit and there were strikes galore, but unlike now we still had hope! And we were called the poor man of Europe when Heath took us into then common market without a vote because there so much scepticism he was worried a vote wouldn’t give him the answer he wanted. We were assured joining was for trade only. He even admitted to the lie shortly before he died. Successive only perpetrated the lie which is why Cameron should have been more aware that he also might not get the answer he wanted too. And remainers had the temerity to call leavers “uneducated “. Beggars belief really.

Time to bury 'Labour Lite' and bring a proper conservative party into opposition. If people had the gumption to vote with their conscience rather than tactically, perhaps we'd get the government we deserve. Until we have proportional representation and the electorate believe that a vote for any party other than the main two counts, we are caught in the purgatory of the status quo. All we have to look forward to is one of the mainstream parties pretending to adopt the policies of parties that threaten their share of the overall vote, then drop the pretence once they're in power.
@@davehunter9342 Look what happened in the Tory/Lib Dem pact. They gave them the ability to canvass the public on proportional representation and campaigned against it. Who are y talking about labour much more woke
Both the Conservatives and Labour are disastrous for this country!
We need reform, vote Reform👍
REFORM PERCENTAGE WILL SKYROCKET BY MARCH /APRIL TO AT LEAST 25%
🏴🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️👍
Could Easily Be Even MORE!!!!!!!
I will bet you that reform will not win a single seat.
Least delusional Reform voter.
@@louminarty You carry on with the same old voting then and hope you'll be happy.
Only if Farage leads Reform. Tice bores my family rigid.
Get ready for the biggest celebration this country has ever seen when the Tories lose the next election.
Not acelebration a wake they will be terrible
We’re voting for reform uk and we can’t wait.
Wot all 300 of you 😅!
Reform will be relevant not this election, but next, after labour. It has to get so bad that the voters will have no choice but to try something different either that or real civil unrest.
Just how bad does it have to get before people change the way they vote?
Don't forget that when labour win they will rig the next election by lettingv16 year olds vote and rx pat and eu nationals. We all know what 16 year olds will vote and eu nationals so they will never get out.
Mat Goodwin needs to join Reform UK to even more increase their popularity and get the votes they need
Sunak has not fulfiled, in fact u-turned - on every one of his 'Five Points'.
We’re literally voting to save this country, I’m voting Reform.
To save our country ,vote Reform
Those tory voter's who say they are not going to vote that is what Labour wants but if they were to vote reform UK then Labour will be in trouble because I believe there are Labour voter's out there who plan on voting for reform UK
well said
They are done for. What they have done and allowed and encouraged is UNFORGIVABLE
Soooooo Very Very VERY
Seriously Damn TRUE!!!!!!!!!
Good riddance.
One day the UK electorate will finally get it through their heads that there are more than two parties.
REFORM, REFORM, REFORM!
'Lots of people out there are just not going to bother voting at all'
Given the choice on offer, I don't blame them.
Well if they are Tory/Labour core voters that never vote for anyone else apart from their ‘tribe’ then all the better that might just give a new party like Reform a chance
I truly believe that neither of the main parties give a monkey's about the electorate.
Roland Rat does the Tory Party no favours.
I'd rather have Putin in no 10 than either Sunak or starmer
At least he would not allow and small boat invaders !
I'll be voting Reform UK. Who else is with me?
Small boats are merely a symptom of a much bigger problem.
The top priority is securing our border and stopping immigration by whatever means of entry.
Drastic changes needed vote REFORM party spread the word 👍
That is a fair assesment, I personally don't feel like voting Labour or Conservative.
The problem the U.K. face is that there is no incentive for the Tories to win. As we live in a 2 party system the Tories know they will be out but it’s only a matter of time before they get back in. Individual MP’s don’t matter, there is never a shortage of politicians. The party will obviously survive and they know it
The only thing that will shake them is the arrival of another political party
Voting reform I want change voting labour is more of the same reform has great manifesto done with tories and as for labour it’s a middle class party and immigrants nobody looks after me as a white working class person
When trust has gone nothing will ever cut through. They can run as long as they like but eventually you meet a very angry distrusting electorate ready to cut you down to size.
Reform UK Party needs a more dynamic leader to gain increased interest and collect new votes.
The Conservatives Party hasn't been Conservative for years they've been drifting leftwards for years . Voting Labour won't make it better. Labour or Conservative the direction will still be left, the only difference with them is the pace.
Rwunda is bring nicely leveled up thanks to Sunak.
Tories have never had a party so much against them like reform uk
Conservatives labour all the same if u vote either in again u will get the same I’m voting reform
So Very Very
Damn TRUE!!!!!!!
So it Absolutely has to be the
🏴🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
❤️👍REFORM PARTY🇬🇧!!
I’m voting Reform.
From day one Sunak was out of his depth.
With hindsight, he was even well out of his depth as Chancellor. What a disaster.
#TORYWIPEOUT. (I'm a former tory voter)
The Conservative Party has become a ‘limp wrist handshake’ it’s a hand shake but it’s weak and pathetic………….
Lets get real change not labour or tory ,vote Reform UK !
The people these two are accusing of suffering from 'apathy' is outrageous, what they're calling 'apathy' is actually their being punch drunk from the decades of abuses they've been subjected to.
There is an astonishing level of censorship on the comments section of this video. I am simply unable to post what I want without it being immediately deleted.
I suspect that others are seeing the same.
Yeah, it's the same for everyone, its the same on facebook as well, its why the viewing numbers are going down, people are leaving these platforms
@@SaltyGammon567 Looks like a couple got through, but there was a delay in them appearing.
It's a sneaky thing, though. It lets you post, gives you no message and just deletes the post.
Gotta love Matt, he’s always spot on !
The Tories have managed to engineer a situation where even their own supporters loathe them
It is no reason to vote for either Tory or Labour because of past loyalty. Give the new boys a chance. Vote reform.
Most the Conservative voters I know, will not be voting Conservative; they will be voting UKIP, Reform UK or not voting at all.
I hope that Matt Goodwin will stand as an MP one day
Time to bury 'Labour Lite' and bring a proper conservative party into opposition.
Problems with pr is smaller parties hold the power and that could be Liblab or pink tories.so more of wasted vote .
@@davehunter9342 Look what happened in the Tory/Lib Dem pact. They gave them the ability to canvass the public on proportional representation and campaigned against it. Nobody believed it was a good idea while the main parties represented mainstream views. Now, all of a sudden, classic right-of-centre views aren't represented by any party. Conservative views have now been marginalised by the party that has represented them for hundreds of years.
Time for a change! That's if the electorate have the stones for it.
