If anyone follows my hoses as per video. I had the carb overflow going to canister. Was always smelling gas till I figured out to bypass the canister and go to tank return line down on frame rail.
Si pero' il tubo del blow-by è piegato non va bene !! ci vuole un tubo con una curva a 90° !! Ma scusami il tubo che esce lateralmente dal coperchio del carburatore dove è collegato ?
How did you route your fuel lines? I see where I need to route my return line from the fuel pump, but where did you route your return line from the carb?
To the hard line on the frame. At first I put it into the charcoal canister but it always smelled like gas so I put it to the return line on the frame under the Charcoal canister.
Sorry if I have to say this to you,but that’s not genuine weber, that’s a clone so it’s not fair to blame weber for lack of instructions...but great video just the same!
Nice video and thanks for the encouraging words
Glad to help out. Appreciate the comment, sorry for the late reply.

did you have to jet the carb? or did you install it how it came out of the box?
@@marcokalov6720 Installed out of the box, but I think it would run better jetted.

Dude decent video, actually lots of good info here!
Thank you appreciate the comment.
Where did you purchase the weber carb kit from?
No problems with 5psi fuel pressure? Weber say 2psi max
No issues for me.
soo how do u put a snorkel there
You can buy the adapter to run the stock airbox if you need
What did you do with your coolant
No coolant involved with this job.
is it over all better than factory? is i t cold natured or bad mpg?
Not bad mpg, starts right up even when cold and runs well. My only complaint is it cuts out on steep hills now when wheeling.
Good info
H did you set up your choke???
Alot of trial and error, still never got it right.
Nice job 👍
Is your carb a real Weber?
It said "genuine weber" but someone told me its actually a chineese version.
Its Chinese, the choke mechanism on a Weber is white, Chinese is black. The real Weber kits come with everything you need.
You don't have a actually Weber Carburetor , you have a Chinese copy of a Weber !
Guess you didn't see the Weber logo on the side!
Grax buena explicación

A few people have pointed this out,, the words "genuine" must have fooled me... Oh well... Appreciate the comment.
Fake Weber. You'd have had less issues otherwise.
