It's a good effort but the uncertainty remains with each and every software whether 2D or 3D until we consider the following ..... 1- Sediment properties other than the diameter only! as the initiation of motion and pattern of spatial distribution, especially on the river bed is directly affected... this is one source of uncertainty in the computed quantities and morphological changes ... 2- Influence of TFS (Turbulence Flow Structure) .. the cumulative temporal effect really changes the overall scenario ...... I visited a number of A-class and small rivers in Japan to understand the above ... physical observations and numerical incorporation is very important for a more robust model ... maybe
