The little bit that I did see was good. I do wish they would start encouraging natural hair more so they wouldn't have to worry about wigs and weaves. Kee Kee did a good job and I was hoping she would have yanked the wig off and kept dancing. She is a good dancer though. I hope she makes the team and gets over what she is going through with here self esteem issues. She is an attractive young lady.
It's not that they don't encourage natural hair, but if they do styles with natural hair they will sweat it out/sweat out the products. They're dancing for long periods of time.

We’re raising our children to be cold & hard all the time when it’s not necessary. It’s ok to show the emotions you feel & expect a hug or gentle encouragement. Keep it real we’ve been raised to suppress the hurt & to rise to the occasion. As blk ppl we need more LOVE & gentle parenting. Not that coach D was wrong at all I just feel the little girl needed a hug! & once that wig started slipping she shoulda let her get herself together before ALL of them were laughing at her. Chile this happened to me my senior year of high school whole wig flew off my head in front of the whole crowd cs I couldn’t wear my locs n they were bright ass red but I just ended up wearing them anyway
These new girls are great; however, the very first group with Karla was outstanding and they were skilled at adjusting their facial expressions while dancing.
As a captain for 3 years I saw the girls cry , laugh , feel down and even loose self esteem. I let them kno that we all have problems some we can share with the world and some we just doesn’t care how others feel . It’s ok to hurt but it’s about how you heal . I could tell when they was holding something in because there energy would be off. We had uniform malfunction slip ups and forgetting information. We didn’t punish them but we put them to the side with one of the captains to work on what was needed . I myself as a captain feel like I had the biggest slip up in a stand battle . I forgot the count that we did way back whenever and ended up on the floor doing everything but what the team was doing 😂 it didn’t stop me it pushed me to retract and relearn my material
