I greatly respect Remembrance Day, I served 30 years in the military and police, and always requested to be on duty as a police officer at the event and was delighted in meeting other veterans. I honestly believe that the sitting government is a direct and grave threat to Britain as a country, they are a security threat and even more of a danger in that they are attempting to destroy almost every aspect of the nation that I hold dear and served decades overseas in the military to defend. Normally I would never countenance such an act of soldiers turning their back on these politicians, but I believe the current government is the opposite of what every servicemen and servicewomen has ever joined up or fallen for their country stood for.
